Food - 4.5 out of 5 Service - 1.5 out of 5 (for the price, did not compete with many other steakhouses) - hard to get bread, a drink, our table cleared, the bill. Also, they tried to seat us at the front when I made reservations and noted it was my wife's birthday. Presentation - 3 out of 5 (okay, but not wow) Waiter - 1.5 out of 5 (slow, dry, hard to find, would have been fine if I was at your average restaurant but not what i expected or have experienced at other steakhouses) Atmosphere - loud, bright, and fun 3.5 out of 5 End of day opinion: We will go to many others before returning, but Im glad that we tried it. I recommend Dee lincoln's or Pappa's before going here. Final score: 2.8 out of 5

Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The steak was perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious, especially with the salty, blackened crust on the outside. The smoked salmon appetizer is a must and so are the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. We loved the ambience of sitting outside next to the fire. Overall, it was a great experience!

Split a pork chop like we've done many times in the past. The pork chop was different in that in the past there were discernible “eye lashes” but not this time. The chop was dry and not as flavorful as in the past. We also ordered bacon as an appetizer and he was dry and over cooked. Overall, a very disappointing evening from a food perspective. If this is the new pork chop, we won't be ordering it again. Service was excellent.

Well, I gave 5 Stars ...as our Waiter was very attentive. But, we (6) all ordered Salad with pears, pecans etc...NO PECANS x6 . Two Filets had to be grilled a bit longer! However, Manager apologized and removed good amount from our bill. We truly appreciate Perry's dedication to making our dining out experience both enjoyable and delicious! Thanks, Rose and Rodney Bartholomew

Friday lunch special is the best. Pork chop is very flavorful and juicy. Service is always friendly. Only had one bad experience with the server once. He kept having me repeat my orders and over changed me.

I've NEVER had a bad experience at PERRY'S.... It's just an awesome place to just grab a drink or full dinner. From the valet, to the hostess to the waitress to the bar staff..GREAT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Perry's never disappoints. We think they have the best filet mignon! The restaurant is very pretty, and we had a table more toward the back where it was quieter. The wedge salad was delicious, and the roasted vegetables were as well. The wait staff is consistently professional and efficient. For a romantic dinner out or for a special occasion, Perry's is our top choice!

We went during the lunch hour. Would highly recommend getting reservations, as it was busy when we walked in. Our server was Leia, and she was amazing. Quick getting drinks and appetizers, made good jokes, had great recommendations for deserts and drinks. We ordered the pork chop (have to order the pork chop at Perry's) and New York Strip flight, along with sides. Food was top tier. Drinks and wine were also very good. Perry's is a great steakhouse. You should go if given the chance.

We were in town for the PNC Golf Tournament and just got lucky by seeing Perry's near our hotel........what a delightful evening. I rarely give 5 stars to anyone, but they deserved it!

We LOVE Perry’s. But this time around (April 24th 2024.) my husband got vibriosis (food poisoning) from the oysters. It’s the only food we ate separately. I had the red fish and he had oysters. He’s been miserable for 3 days now and we will be taking a break from Perry’s.

We sure enjoyed a good steakhouse. So we were traveling through Frisco and thought we would try Perry’s steakhouse. It had decent enough reviews and the pictures look good. We were going to get a porterhouse until the waiter recommended a new steak so we tried it out. I don’t remember what it was called, but it was overcooked. We ordered it medium rare but when it came out it looked odd. Some parts looked done, and the other parts were medium well, then on a the outside (they cut in half) it was medium rare. The waiter addressed it appropriately by taking the steaks back and the sides as well so they could serve us fresh ones with our steaks. Five minutes later the manager showed up with our original steaks and sides, cold now, stating that the steaks were cooked medium rare. I cut into one of the 1/2 steaks again and she realized that it was not med rare and said she was going to recook that half, we kept the other half though not correct. It was mostly well done but we ate SOME of it anyway. The steaks were below par. The sides were below par overall not a great experience that I had to argue with a manager If the steaks are cooked correctly, I wasn’t mad or upset I just think management should rethink how they address their customers (4/27/24 8pm). Not great service and not great food. I have been to many restaurants and sometimes they “miss the mark”, I just eat it and chalk it up as a off night and move on; after all I will eat again?.But customer service if FREE, doesn’t cost a business anything to have it. When your customers are paying $100 for a piece of meat, don’t make them justify themselves when you did a bad job. Can I get an Amen! I wish Perry’s the best and hope they correct this action.

Steak was overcooked. Manager took it to kitchen along with our sides. She brought it all back 5 mins later (cold, obviously) and stated the steaks were cooked correctly. We cut into it again and she agreed it was overcooked. Took the steak left the cold sides. We never received the properly cooked steak. $83 meal and we agreed we should have went to In-n-out. This was after we sat with our salads for at least five minutes with no silverware. ?‍♀️ I'm not mad, it's just annoying to have gone out to a nice dinner and received such terrible service.

Had only been to Perry's on West Side of Chicago so you always wonder if standards will hold at different locations. No doubt that it does with Perry's. The legendary Pork Chop is a no brainer but every person at our table of seven said their food was superb. Really classy decor at this location also.

Today I went to lunch to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. This was her favorite place to go and she loved ordering the pork chop special! The last time that she was here in town visiting me, I was supposed to bring her to Perry’s and the time got past us and we didn’t make it. I promised her that I would bring her when she came back. Little did I know, she would never come back. She died of COVID four months later. Every year I return on her birthday or the Friday closest to it to celebrate her.I’m normally pretty strong, but today was just one of those emotional times. The food was excellent as always and my waiter Eric took great care of me. His coworker Avesta stopped by and shared her story with me and I must admit that it made me feel a lot better. Even when you think you have it tough, someone else has it even worse. Life is unpredictable so savor every single moment!I know that my Mom was here dining with me in spirit and I know that she was smiling. Until next year…Happy Birthday Mommy!?
