Love the people that work here first of all. Always friendly and always get the orders right. We order quite a bit from here. Prices are amazing and food is always good. We pick up most times and deliver from time to time. Guy answering phones tonight was super professional on a busy night and driver was courteous and extremely nice kid. Will keep ordering from here!

I would not even give any star for this store. It seems franchisee has changed. Here is what I have ordered.Large Original Pan® PizzaWhole Ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Green Peppers, Onions, Extra Cheese and look at the photo how they made. I actually complemented to that pizza guy before go home and actually looked at the pizza. :-)

Ordered my food Aug 3rd before 10PM. One large pizza. Received a text message saying the pizza would be delivered at 10:41 at 10:37. At 10:51, no sign of the pizza. Followed link to track the order; it was cancelled for no reason. I received no text message or notification whatsoever as to why it had been cancelled. Called in to speak to a staff member and listened to elevator music for 15 min. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or your money. Not even enough decency to call or notify of cancellation, or reasoning behind it. You wonder if the owner/manager(s) are aware of this ineptitude. This Pizza Hut is a joke. Very displeased and will be turning as many people away as I can after this less than stellar experience.

Cold pizza took 95 minutes. No ranch no sauce for breadsticks. Worse pizza and cost $35. Find another place!

I put "make with love, please" on the special instructions, kind of as a joke since me and my friend both have chronic pain issues and were in a lot of pain yesterday. The girl who made our pizza made a smiley face with the pepperoni and took a picture before she cooked it so we could see it! She brought the pizza to our car and showed us, and it made our day so much better. I'm not even joking when I say we could taste the love in the pizza.

Ordered the Triple Treat box which looked so good on TV, but, of course, looked nothing like it when received. Pizzas had no flavor and hardly any cheese (and I ordered and paid for extra cheese on one). Wouldn't you think that a pepperoni pizza would have flavor? Then, the cinnamon rolls had hardly any icing on them. Everything was actually kind of dry, which makes me think that it sat under their lamps for quite awhile before the delivery driver got them......or could it be that it was because it was delivered almost 20 minutes after the time they said it would arrive?? Very disappointed.

Pizza is good. However, it does bother me that I order deliver to my apartment. Instead of calling me to ask me about how to locate my apartment, 99% of the time the delivery drivers automatically call to meet them. That bothers me so much because they are not making the effort to deliver to my door. Which is what I am paying for and leaving a 20% tip. If I wanted to step out to get my pizza from them I would just order for pick up.
