This place is hidden in the food court of 99 ranch market. Seating can be tricky if it is busy. My wife and I both got the satay beef hot pot. I hope you have steady hands because you will be carrying the hot pot back to your table and if your table is far, tread carefully because the hotpot is HOT!!It should be noted that the mild spice level is more of a medium. I was sweating bullets through the entire session. The flame was still going so the temperature was quite hot the entire time which is an added bonus. I must say that the broth is on the bland side and you’re kind of dependent on a good dipping sauce. There is plenty of variety in the hot pot with all kinds of veggies. They also offer free sauce (mix both of them together for the best experience).Overall, it’s a nice spot to try but not sure if we would come back. At $20 per hotpot, it is hard to justify.

This restaurant is famous for its hot pot, but I ordered braised pork. The dish comes with an egg and some green vegetables. The portion is just right and you also get unlimited drinks (water or sweet chrysanthemum tea) when you dine in.

The food tastes average, the portion is just enough for one person, and the rice is a bit hard. What I don’t understand is that we took all the meals to our seats ourselves, then sent back the used tableware ourselves, and cleaned the table ourselves. Why were we forced to deduct tips and ask us to sign directly when paying? Although the money is not much, it reflects the unkindness of the merchant. Won't go there again...

I got Taiwanese spicy pot with noodles, medium spice. There was a lot of beef. I also liked the cabbage, quail egg, tofu and fish balls. Kinda pricey but you can split with 2 people.

Food tastes good but really disappointed by the portion especially the Gua BAO. Size of a slider costs 8.99 or 9.99...

One of the worst meal I've had that's absolutely not worth the $23 I paid for. I got the lamb pot but the lamb was unedible. There was barely anything in the pot other than the not edible lamb and cabbage. Completely different from all other hot pots I've had. I do not recommend this place, stay away!!

POT17 is located inside the food court of 99 Ranch. They have a variety of premade hot pot options, but they are pricy, coming in at about $17 dollars for one pot. The amount of food is less than Yin Tang. The flavor of the hot pot is good, I usually get the Taiwanese style. I also really like the hot pot sauces they give - its in a cute cup that is resealable. The sauces also taste really good with their fatty beef. So you may be asking me, why are you giving this place 2 stars? Great question! We found like 2 hairs on our dish. NASTY. There was a hair on our spoon and a hair on our quail egg. It was so off-putting, and esp to see it twice.

Love the food here. I usually order the Thai or Beef pots. For those familiar with Boiling Point, it isn't quite as good as that but we do not have a Boiling Point nearby so this hits the spot just fine.I've had the popcorn chicken as well but wouldn't order it again.

I can't express enough how much my friends and I adore this hot pot place. Every visit is an absolute delight, and it's become a weekly tradition for us. We always get the Taiwanese Spicy Hot Pot, which is a fiery explosion of flavors that never fails to satisfy our cravings. Sometimes, we also order the Mushroom Hot Pot.One of our favorite starters here is the Fried Tofu Appetizer - it's crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside, a perfect prelude to the hot pot experience. With a two choices of dipping sauces and fresh ingredients, this place offers endless combinations to customize your hot pot just the way you like it. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat.
