Ordered using delivery free offer, no one picked up my order for more than 2 hours and popeyes cancelled my order without any prior information, not even have a basic courtesy that a family/kids waiting for food.

This review for the owner of this business, your cashier is rude and can't be in the front.He can work in the back, clean up the store, or pickup the trash outside, but he defiantly can't be a casher.Also the store manger, he didn't even bother to bring satisfaction for me as a customer. He is a young kid and can't be a manager too.I am sure you need to think about your business and your staff.Fo you as a customer, this can be a drive thru only, just pick up your food because you are hungry and near this store and go. It's not a place that you want to be inside and get treated nice.

Poppeyes food is good as usual. But this store has the most irresponsible employees and staffs. Every time we order online we find something or else missing . This is a problem with some other Poppeyes as well in this metropolitan area. I don’t think their corporate even takes these comments it seriously and that is why this brand inspite of making good food still lacks on service seriously.

**AVOID** was told to wait 30 mins for 4-pc spicy wings because they only had mild. It was 730 pm on 3/24/24, and when I got them in 40 mins, they were old soggy/ greasy, and biscuit were old red beans and rice cold. I asked to speak with the manager, and the drive thru young lady stated there was no one on duty ..sad!! Avoid this place..What's even sadder the doors were locked and they were opening the door for friends allowing them to sit in and giving them food I watched how others including myself went to door and door was locked . **AVOID* I didn't eat my move. I threw it out as I watched the coworkers sweeping, drinking, and eating, making food and not washing their hands!! **AVOID *****AVOID***

Came at 9.20 pm. Lobby works untile 10pm. Right before my face lady closed the door and told to go around, they are closing. On question why the lobby closes so early the answer was - manager directions. Nice management. Pretty sure next time will easily find another brand restaurants with more respect to customers, following schedule etc.
