I love raising canes. Their food is delicious and great customer service. Only downside is they occasionally forget my texas toast (even when I order extra).

The smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever seen and they were so over cooked and dry. The toast was also extremely dry. Inedible. This has happened 3 times at this location which pushed us to leave this review in hopes that they will improve.

Not sure what they changed about the chicken, but it wasn't the normal chicken strips. The strips were thin, weird texture, too much breading.

they didn’t give me coleslaw and my fries are gross/hard. also the chicken is very small. i didn’t know i was paying for kids size chicken. (They redid my order for free so i can’t complain much though)

The focus on one thing - chicken strips and do them very well. My wife does not like that they have no salad option. Kids love the food.Great take away option for feeding a group of

I went through the Canes drive-thru today, and I was absolutely disappointed with my order! I asked for a caniac combo which is a 6 piece and I wanted to substitute the coleslaw for a piece of toast, so I could have 2 toasts.? I came back home with my food and I open the container. It had 4 chicken strips, 1 toast and a small amount of fries. Not even any canes sauce!!! ? I was very frustrated for paying the $16.94 for a $10 meal! ???

My chicken was fried to a dry crisp, I couldn't enjoy my food at all. The fries were soft or soggy. I was more disappointed than hungry. What happened to Canes? My box was half-opened in the bag and the cashier was short after asking a simple question.

I ordered a 25 price tailgate with ten extra fingers and cost the same amount as the 70 fingers. I do wish that they told me a better deal than spending more money for less and they didn’t even give me any cane sauce at all and nearly forgot my jug of sweet tea I asked for. The place wasn’t even packed and yet poor customer service.

What's this company's problem with giving out hot sauce packets.

Fail: first, and probably last time trying this place. The one thing I specifically asked about when ordering was the coleslaw, wanted something with slaw, so of course what did they forget? I should know by this point to check the order because nobody cares anymore. Chicken was marginal, fries were soggy, slaw was M.I.A. Chick-Fil-A next time. Boo.
