Korean fried chicken is always a hit with my group. The chicken here was crispy on the outside with just the prefect amount of batter, and juicy on the inside. As a lover of rice cakes, that is a must order for me. Their cheese corn is another hit dish with us. The spice level is perfect and the pickled daikon is a nice accompaniment. Parents can be somewhat picky eaters but they enjoyed it as well. We ate the chicken before I thought of taking a picture. Oops!

My family enjoys the boneless chicken here - it's crispy and doesn't feel too greasy. Our favorite is the onion. We usually get 3 orders of boneless + 2 sides of rice for a family of 4. This does feel healthier than the traditional boneless wings/chicken nuggets. Today (7/31/21) when I called to place a to-go order, the phone line was not working. Upon arrival, I was informed they changed management and were in the process of getting google entries updated. Upon ordering, I found out that their prices also changed by a significant margin. The lack of disclosure irked me; for this they lose a star. The menu they presented me does not reflect what I was charged, neither does the website. Here are the presently unposted prices for your reference: order of boneless original: $13.99 order of boneless onion: $15.99 side of white rice: $1.50

Still on the search for good Korean fried chicken in Dallas and unfortunately this place ain't it. First of all, I had major problems with their menu. They have a few different options when it comes to the type of fried chicken pieces you want and nowhere on the menu does it tell you the number of pieces you get with an order. We had to ask our waitress and even she was unsure. We got the Original which was around 7 pieces of drumsticks, wings, and a breast piece - which wasn't quite enough shared between two people. The fried chicken itself was fine. It had good flavor and wasn't too greasy. Better than American fried chicken, worse than authentic Korean fried chicken. The breading was pretty different and nowhere near as good as the breading of Korean fried chicken. It just could not compare to the Korean fried chicken you can find in Ktown in LA. We got the Honey Garlic and Sweet & Spicy sauces on the side. Both were solid. It also comes with pickled radish and a cabbage "slaw" that had way too much chipotle mayo on it. Overall, the fried chicken here is ok but don't expect it to measure up to other good Korean fried chicken spots.

Bad service today. they did not serve what was advertised on their menu, let alone the servers are not courteous to apologize by wasting our time. We ended up just leaving.

Perfect, delicious, onion chicken I been waiting for! Honey Garlic boneless chicken is another level! Volcano Chicken Wings is out of this world spicy!! Beware when ordering! Clean, masks staffs, modern deco! No more Chick-Fil-a!

If I could give this negative stars I would. We went here when I was starving, I was excited because my boyfriend could get fried chicken and I could get Asian food. They only had fried chicken available the entire rest of their menu was out. We got dumplings, fries boneless chicken and original chicken, both in honey garlic. The dumplings were decent. The fries were good but greasy and then the chicken came. Both of us almost spit out our chicken because of how awful the sauce tasted. So gross. We barely ate our meals and left paying $40 what a waste.

Went there for lunch today. Great service. We tried both the soy sauce and the snow cheese wings. Food came out pretty fast and was hot/fresh. Both flavors do have a little spice to them.I recommend this place for korean fried chicken. Perfect for 2-4 people.

I'm only rating this one star for one reason. I love the Rice Chicken location in Carrollton, first of all. So it's not the food.PLEASE, if you are going to be closed, have that updated somewhere. I drove 15 minutes to your location that supposedly closes at 10:30 and arrived at 10pm to a fully closed restaurant. That's unacceptable.

I've tried Rice Chicken many times over the years, hoping they would continue improving their service and food. Sadly they still have a lot of room for improvement. The chicken is pretty good and is probably why they are still in business; it is WAY better than Bonchon (the other option nearby) but I prefer bb.q or No.1 Plus (they are not as closeby).Sadly other things have been consistently subpar. Corn cheese is abnormally salty, like the corn is heavily salted before topping with cheese- other places usually balance the cheese with sweet corn. Miso soup was salty and they were really stingy with the amount (only filled 40% of the bowl on one dine-in.. why??). The pickled radish that comes with chicken is not great even though it's pretty simple to make, and they are also very stingy with the amount (again, why??). Various cupbabs I've tried have been ok, though not worth the $10 they charge. Also, one of my pet peeves, their water tastes like unfiltered/underfiltered tap water.

I got the chicken fried rice and dumplings. It's a no for me. Customer service was good. The food just didn't taste good as it looks.

Rice chicken was one of my favorite Korean taste chicken restaurants. Every time I think about the chicken wings and drum sticks, it's always my top pick. It's much better than Wingstop. However, I'm surprised with its quality this time when I ordered something to go. First of all, the chicken was overall cooked. The crispy cover is not in yellow, but dark brown. 2ndly, the chicken isn't juiced like before. I'm very disappointed to be frankly.

So glad there is a location closer to me! My kids love the chicken katsu and I like the wings, win win. The staff is awesome, so we are never waiting long for dine in or carryout. Highly recommend if you want a change up from the traditional wing spots-good stuff!!

Let me just say this exceeded my expectations!! I actually ordered to go and drove pretty far out after 1hr. I microwaved the chicken and it was still crispy and juicy!!! Got a said of fried rice which was nothing special but the chicken was awesome! I got the fired drum sticks.

Was very good. My husband didn't like the miso soup, but the rest of us loved it
