The food is excellent, the service less so. There's essentially no table service, which is a shame because the food is high quality. The atmosphere is more of a cafeteria, not a nice restaurant.

In the website closing time is 10pm, but when we reached 8.50pm sunday they asked us give entire order at a time and mentioned we will close by 9.30pm. very rude behavior and never expected this.Butter chicken and chilli paneer we ordered, but both was not good.Waste of money and time.Pls don't go to this restaurant.

We visited Roti Grill and we loved it! The atmosphere is definitely nice and in the best area of course with all of its boujee places and many people walking around from work or to work, working in the plaza, etc. They have outdoor seating so it's very nice. The employees there also, seem to be very nice and accommodating. The food, although we agreed is not 100% authentic as you would find in a very traditional restaurant, it definitely is so good! If you appreciate good quality, correctly portioned items, and a very nice area, then you won't mind the prices either which are a little higher than the average, but again, it's not a mom and pop restaurant nestled away in a random neighborhood.I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves and appreciates ethnic food!
Roti Grill Frisco is a little different from their setup at Dallas...The menu has different options of Biriyani, Two Step ( Curry and Roti) optionsWe had ordered Veg Biriyani and Veg Vindaloo (2 Step).Veg Biriyani was not Hyderabadi style, but the regular style with Veg masala...and was decent .. Quantity wise it was sufficient for one person only...Vindaloo was super hot (spicy) ( they mentioned that it would be and spice levels started from hot)... But really spicy for even south indian tatses..They also serve mocktail drinks...we ordered Mango margarita and Indian sunset .....would definitely recommend Mango margarita.Price wise . This restaurant is on the higher side...believe it's due to the location- The STAR (close to the Cowboys facility)Vegetarian options: Chats availablevegetable biriyaniVeg curriesLunch boxes available
