I am a teacher with the Frisco ISD, Aspire Adult Transition Special Education Department. We recently visited your establishment with a group of 16 young adults who are in the process of learning essential skills such as ordering and paying for their meals. Prior to our arrival, I had contacted your team to confirm the availability of breakfast at 10:00 am. We were warmly welcomed by Mary upon our arrival, who not only greeted us with a smile but also remembered our earlier conversation. Her genuine enthusiasm for our visit was truly appreciated.During our time at the convenience store, our students were guided through the process of ordering, speaking clearly, preparing the correct amount of money for payment, and patiently waiting for their meals. The entire staff, including those working in the kitchen and at the cash registers, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and hospitality. In particular, I would like to commend Viviana, the cashier, for her outstanding service. She greeted each of our students with a warm smile and exhibited remarkable patience as she assisted them through the ordering and payment process. At no point did she make our students feel rushed or inconvenience, treating each of them with the utmost respect and care. Viviana's exemplary customer service truly made our visit memorable.We sincerely appreciate the wonderful experience and delicious breakfast provided by your team. Thank you for your hospitality and for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and welcomed.

My husband and I love going to Rudy's! We usually get the loaded baked potato with brisket, turkey, or sliced Jalapeño sausage. They never disappoint!

I was vising on business and ate other the other suspects, posting to Facebook as I typically do when someone told me, rudys hands down has the best Brisket.Cannot fault the service.Cannot fault the atmosphereHowever, to the reason I came here. The suggestion. So I ordered Brisket and ribs.The brisket was very dry. Flavor? Hard to judge flavor when the meat has no moisture, which contains much of the flavor.The ribs? I couldn't finish one of them.The beans were good at least.I hate leaving a review like this. Picture of my meal included.

My honest review:The food arrived luke warm at best. It wasn’t bad it was tasty but it didn’t seem fresh but rather it sat a bit under a heat lamp.The pork loin was dry. Tough to eatThe turkey was also dry. But a little easier to eat.The moist brisket was the bestThe sausage was incorrect. I ordered non spicy and got spicy sausage.The ordering was easy. The delivery went without issues.But over all it wasn’t the greatest experience it was just average.It’s appreciated their staff left a note how to access the complex where I live.I’ve eaten Rudy’s in the past in Austin that was a lot better then this experience.Several times I ate there the meats were always fresh and hot and everything is great.I’d still recommend this place because at the end it wasn’t too bad. But they could do much better!
