I have been giving the feedback multiple times and I tried to give a last chance to see if they have improved . But unfortunately the management is not interested to listen to customers or they are acting as if what can the customers do . Today when I went to pickup, the smell from the restaurant was so bad that I had to vomit . This smell has been coming for the last few months and the counter person is blaming the construction. I bet it is a spoiled good inside the refrigerator or the trash has not been cleaned for ages . I don’t see any latest inspection reports displayed to the customers . When asked about the reports , they are not able to answer ? High time to boycott this restaurant or let them face the consequences from the authorities

I don’t know when they cook their home style items but they definitely serve stale food. From what I understand by talking to their front desk is that they cook previous day evening and you might probably get the same item 36-48hrs after cooking if it hasn’t been sold. Unfortunately after receiving stale food from this restaurant thrice, I filed food safety complaint and hoping Frisco city takes action against this establishment.

I have contacted Sai Home Foods in person with a referred friend to place order, couple of days before the party. The service and hospitality was impeccable. I had some items on mind for the order, but we discussed and came up with various varieties to make the menu delicious for the big day. The assorted snacks was a really good option as we can choose different snack options in one order/tray. Order(Vegetarian) was placed for both breakfast and lunch for the day of party. We did pick up breakfast and the lunch was delivered on time. All guests thoroughly enjoyed the food as it was delicious with lot of flavors. The quality and quantity of the food was exceptional, it made our event truly memorable. I recommend trying any of the following items as they left all our taste buds thoroughly satisfied: Idly, Mysoore Bonda, Sambar, Peanut Chutney, Ginger Chutney, Tea, Chapathi, Baby Corn Manchuria, Cut Mirchi, Onion Pakora, Mango Methi Dal, Guttivankaya, Malai Kofta, Dondakaya fry, Beerakaya Pachadi, Pulihora, Jack Fruit Biryani, Rasam, Jaggery Jilebi.

I came here when there was nobody in the place.The guy behind the counter was just staring on my face as though I was an alien. When I asked him about the onion samosa he just said we have to make more. No commitment, nothing to assure that it will be ready in at least 30 mins or anything.I just ordered what was there on their counter plus a pulav. I waited for 30 minutes+ sitting there just for the pulav. I don’t know if I want to wait for 30 mins for a pulav or beette make it at home faster!!

Had spend $30 for take out … biryanis … no one ate it and had to throw them … it was not up to expectation and rice was very dry so as the meatBut should admit chicken pakoda boneless is really good

Ordered catering for my birthday at this place and the food was cheap and best. I have ordered chicken dum biryani and chilli chicken and all my friends liked it. Best for students who want to order more food at cheaper prices.
