$10 for a smoothie and they couldn't be bothered to fill the cup. The three guys working did not want to be there. Would recommend trying a different location for sure.

Based on the majority of the reviews I write, I typically focus on the positive aspects. However, I feel compelled to express some negative experiences we've had with this particular location and its staff. While I understand that everyone has their off days, it is disheartening to encounter three consecutive unpleasant incidents. The staff at this establishment consistently portrays an attitude that implies inconvenience when taking orders, projecting a genuine sense of misery in assisting customers. I would suggest going down the street to tropical smoothie.

i wasn’t allowed to use the remaining balance on a gift card to pay, a 5 year loyal customer basically can’t use his own gift card. won’t be getting my business at any location again.

Placed an online order, showed up at the restaurant 10 minutes later at the listed pickup time and they had no record of it. Showed them my email confirmation and they proceeded to make of bunch of other orders before finally acknowledging me again. Eventually got my smoothie about 25 minutes after ordering. It was just ok.

Who wants to pull up to a drive-through and the speaker doesn’t work or the gentleman is talking too close to the mic. You just have to pull up to the window to order.

Even if I was craving a smoothie, I would never buy one at Smoothie King because of that repulsive GUT BOMB tv ad they frequently run now. How can something that crude make anyone want to buy a smoothie? It's surprising the company doesn't have more class.

I waited almost 10 minutes for a 20 ounce smoothie and there was not even a lot of people. Seriously, get it together in the front drive-through. This is ridiculous.

Smoothies are good. But dirtiest location I’ve seen. Guess I never noticed since I usually go through drive thru. There is all this dust and mold on vent right above all the fruit. Also the 3 sizes the have hanging in front of register to show sizes, are all discolored with black specks which I suspect from the vent. I love supporting small business owners in Frisco. I hope they can get it and keep it sanitary!

Not sure if management changed but terrible customer service. Went through drive thru. Got to the window and they didn't put our order in. We had to wait. Pulled up and waited forever. Guy finally came out and the smoothies were liquid like soup. Didn't say thanks for waiting. Just handed the drinks to me and walked off. I'm pretty patient but this is a regular occurrence at this location (Main and Dallas Pkwy). There's no excuse for surly service and bad product. We won't be going there anymore. I will drive further to another smoothie place just to get better customer service and smoothies. It's really unfortunate because this location used to have great people working there.
Always a great stop to feed my muscles after training clients and the gym for myself! My favorite is Gladiator Chocolate with extra scoop and peanut butter ?

Normally good customer service here. Seems like they just hired new childish teenagers. I have a stutter and the guy taking the order laughed at me. Not good experience with the team working today.Just got off the phone with “Manager Colton”. He claims the order taker was taken by “Preston” (after catching him in a lie), completely denied what happen happened. Please have store owner reach out.

They ofter advertise for to order on their app and they have a rewards program. Smoothie King offers smoothies for everyone from vegan, weightless, protein, etc.

I love this place! Every time I come to pickup an order ( I do Doordash) the staff is friendly & has everything ready to go on TIME ! I am always looking forward to any orders at this location & I come here for my own smoothies also. Next time I'm gonna try the banana berry treat! I got the angel food before and now I got the cowboys smoothie ! it was delicious & I'll be coming back again soon! Thank you SMOOTHIE KING for delivering an amazing experience at all times!!!
