You make people wait more than 25 mins for a drink order and when my husband finally gets someone’s attention, they bring out the drinks with no receipt and just decide to charge him $12 freaking dollars for an order that should be like $8 because I have ordered that combination of drinks a million times!!!!! I’m on the phone with him and telling him no but of course, my husband is not going to argue with anyone!!!!!! This is not the first time you pull a stunt like this! Train your staff properly or if you do not like tending to people, do not work a customer service job!!!

I normally love Sonic, but I’ve been sitting in my car for almost 40 mins waiting for my order of a #1 and a breakfast burrito. Not a big order. The lot is not full. I checked on my order and they have no record of it. But somehow my card was already charged. Annoyed!

For all of you who are confused why this and the Pizza Hut Express are showing, these are restaurants inside Rock Hill High School that have been added since this is a new high school that just opened this year. Hopefully this explains!

I ordered a Dr Pepper through the SONIC app. They gave me one that was clearly all carbonated water and no syrup. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to call the app to request a refund. I asked Cooper the manager to give me a cash refund for $1.29! He refused saying that he could not and I still would have to call the app. It’s odd that a company this size would not allow its managers to take care of a customer!!!!!
