Always good except for the food, people nice. We eat the double beacon egg sandwich. Beacon was under cooked, not much of it. Portions are more expensive and less. Don't order food.Drinks and service are great. Music was horrid and too loud. Not everyone likes hip hop like music. Go back to the good stuff.

today my drink was not made correctly and instead of them making it over they gave me a gift card for 4$ off for next time! I order the same drink tall hot white mocha with extra whip and caramel drizzle! They didn’t give me any whip and the drink was dark chocolate! No white mocha! It was disgusting! The second picture is thanks to Starbucks on Lebanon for getting it right!

The place has all new staff after the lockdown. Miss all the regular baristas that knew your name, had fun conversation with and share smiles.. now it is just a place to walk in a grab drink. Names, no one uses names any more; order for mobile is gay they now say, after looking at your man on the cup. Weird. But, this place make drinks the same day in day out. The other locations, not so much.

Very good experience, even place to work and have meetings or quick meet-ups. A little more cleaning is needed for the restrooms. I was there for a few hours, and plenty of people came and went, and no one swept or cleaned a table.

Staff shortages caused extreme delays to get one drink. 16 mins in the drive through during non-rush hour time to get a tall iced coffee is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Please pay people more, otherwise can’t come here anymore.

This is the worst Starbucks in the state .. these people can't even manage to make a simple cup of coffee without screwing it up. If it's not overfilled it is empty and if you say something they don't have the IQ to figure out what you said. Take my advice and find a different location. This one is a flop from the start.I just wish they had negative stars to rate this place.
