Visit day 03/28/24 about 2pm. Let me start by saying that I am a Manager that works in the surrounding area, the customer was TERRIBLE! Lady with glasses and blue hair and guy with the glasses were working.I came by because I was treating my employees to Starbucks drinks for reaching our goals so I had quite a few, the guy rolls his eyes with every drink and has the most sarcastic/upset tone it was SO rude yet he seemed happy enough talking with the blue haired lady evening laughing.He was so cold as when I started my order then immediately flipped when he turned away from me it felt so awkward. Last, when my drinks were the blue haired lady just says “There” , I reply “Excuse me” she then repeats “there” and turns her back they then return to their happy conversations…I was left standing there wanting to ask where the straws were but they didn’t even look my way I felt so rushed and unappreciated. I will definitely never return to this location, we will be going across the street from now on. To the 2 individuals there, at our restaurant we strive for stellar customer service and pride ourselves for making our guest feel at home. Take care.

I normally order coffee here and service here is not actually that bad. However, today was the worst! The person working there habe the worst customer service! Shouldn’t be working on customer facing environment.

Very disappointed. I order a venti drink and it seems like they only fill for the half of the cup. I’m a business owner so I normally hate to leave bad reviews but it happens so many times

Hangs your store timings in the Google,It’s shows 9.00pm when we came in to pick coffee at 8.30pm they closed us on face saying it’s closed.
I came in with 4 kids for a summer treat! I ordered 4 different fraps "decaf" and when they came out, the caramel frap was milky white. I asked her if that was a different one on my order because it was not a caramel frap. I clarified I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino Decaf. She said I ordered a cream but I did not, I do not even know what Caramel Frap Cream is. So then she changed her response to "you ordered decaf and decaf is a cream base." So I said, "I'm sorry, I never knew this and in my 20+ years ordering at Starbucks I have always ordered my kids decaf Frappuccino's and always get the right coffee based drink, decaf." The pink haired rude barrista left me hanging, as I was still trying to understand my mistake but she had so much attitude walked away as she snapped "you have to order decaf espresso". Isn't decaf a term ALWAYS pertaining to coffee, so if I say "decaf" at any coffee shop, I will get decaf coffee or espresso? I know I'm not wrong. She was just angry she had to make the drink over and that they took my order wrong. Instead of apologizing she snapped at me and then shoved the drinks at me aggressively. Needless to say, I will return and be purposely annoying to her. I shop there weekly . Like Tabitha Brown says, "Go on and have yourself a beautiful day, and even if it isn't don't go and ruin anybody else's."

This location is located is inside the Kroger behind the neighborhood where we live so we do frequent it,they produce fantastic coffee and my wife is good friends with the lady who makes coffee there sometimes there's a line but it always goes pretty quickly. If you're looking for someone to make a fantastic cup of coffee for you ask for tita.

Terrible customer service and store hours need to be updated as they seem to close at 8:30pm EVERYDAY and will literally refuse to serve you

Came in 10 minutes before 9 pm and they refused to serve me. You should change your closing time to 8:50.
