Won’t be coming back to this one. I specifically told them I didn’t want me drink made with the blonde shots that makes the drink sweet. I don’t want my coffee being super sweet..Which when I tell them that they’re pretty good about making it how I want it.I called the store and spoke with whoever (one of the managers) and turns out they do whole pumps for the brown sugar now. Usually they do half pumps.. which still doesn’t explain why my coffee tastes like blonde shots..The coffee was clearly made with the blonde shots and not the original espresso (NON SWEET how I like it….)No offer to remake it, just a lousy “sorry”.Y’all need to get a new manager working up there ASAP. 2/17/24 called @11:44.Whatever manager was working at this time needs to go.I’m sorry but not everyone wants an overwhelmingly Sweet Coffee. Cut it out, make people’s drinks how they want them.

They charged my credit card $25 and never uploaded my store card. I have the store receipt for $25. Store asked me to call corporate. Corporate is somewhere in South America. They can’t speak English

Good friendly staff. They attended to my needs till the nightmare hit as I arrived home. Staff was friendly but NOT helpful. Update: i came back home NOT to find the $25 reload I paid on my Starbucks card ending with 4058? Where did the card go? I call the store and they said they have no idea, call corporate?What is corporate a bunch of Hispanics who can't even talk in English. I had to translate my English in Spanish. It's that badA case was filed?I called again and shift supervisor spoke to me, she had no information on regional manager? So where did the money or card go? What a useless store

I’m not going to lie at all, the workers are so sweet and kind. I always feel positive energy when I walk in. I work at the store next door and when I need a pep in my step that Starbucks is the place to go. I can’t wait every day just to get to grab drink. Amazing ?❤️.
It's hard to find someone to make a proper Macchiato! Got this delivered and it was so beautiful and perfectly made! I am very impressed and definitely wanted to give props to whoever made it today (9/19/23 rcvd at 11:45ish AM)
