I am newer to this area and have visited the DNT Starbucks several times now. They are consistently accurate and kind. This morning I mistakenly ordered the wrong item on the app, I quickly called the store and asked if they could change it for me and Id take the loss w cost difference. Z or Zeek helped me and was so patient; even gave me a store credit. A very young person with great customer service skills!
This Starbucks has the BEST customer service! Whenever I walk in I am greeted with a friendly welcome and smile. I often place to go orders and they always come out very quickly and the drinks are made to perfection! I will continue coming into this location as the employees always go above and beyond. Thank you

My go to is now iced, unsweetened, no water added black tea. It's strong but not too strong. With water added, it is way too weak. I have to think about if it even tastes like. Anyway, it's hard to mess up my order. The chocolate cake pops are very good for a chocolate fix.
