I usually love Subway but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with service and food quality. Not greeted upon arrival , the young girl looked as if she did not want to be there . She just stared at me waiting on my order. I asked for a veggie delight, she kept asking if I wanted the veggie pattie. I kept telling her veggie delight please. The owner comes out the back and Shouts Veggie delight or veggie Pattie. I politely said, veggie delight, thank you. He proceeds to storm out the door. He was very rude and obviously in a bad mood. The veggies were old, not fresh.. lettuce nearly all brown, I opted for spinach instead, tomatoes were old, I asked for avacado but declined after age opened the container, it was grossly brown and runny. The wheat bread was so hard it was inedible! Never going back to this location. I recommend a different location in the Tom Thumb shopping center on FM423 in Frisco.

Refused to honor official Subway coupons. Stingy on toppings. Did not properly toast our sandwiches. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Nothing has changed here. The meat is not fresh sliced although they do have a meat slicer they just don't use it.Although subway has a promotion to buy 1 foot long to get the 2nd foot long half off this is not honored at this location because they say even if you have it on your phone, you have to print it. Gotta say, I love Jersey Mike's!

I am a subway enthusiast... so I'm bummed seeing the slow demise of this particular location. The veggies should be fresh, not brown or wilting. They put only a few pieces of each item on the sandwiches. The ingredients/sandwhich assembly station is not very clean. The entire restaurant needs a deep cleaning... tables, floors, glass, drink station, doors and counters all need help. Everything is sticky and dull. Garbage on the floor. The staff sits at the tables on their phones with not much concern for this situation. I hope they can get it back together. With the new Jimmy John's right down the street, the competition is fierce.

I come here every week, the employees are very nice and do a great job. This subway has a comfortable atmosphere and if you need food, go to Subway. Edit: This was from 6 years ago so Can't say if it's true anymore

My first time eating here at this location and the food was good. What I was confused about was the door was wide open on a hot day the other day. Me and a friend of mine went to grab lunch between 2 and 3 pm. Hot inside. Two Hispanic woman working there killing flies that were all over the place. The bilingual younger Hispanic woman was saying rude things in Spanish under her breath while we ate and it was just us two in there. I guess it's because we were choosing to sit and eat even with the flies. She must have been upset because of the situation she got herself and coworker in. Just unprofessional behavior on her part. She made some poor choices that day and I guess it made her feel stupid. She made that very clear.

Not exactly sure why they are hoarding the meat. Not like the place was busy at all. Never is when I pass by but there is like 4 pieces of meat on my Italian sub. Beyond aggravated and my bread is harder than a rock. DON’T EAT HERE.

We came in at about closing 8:30 i'd say, and they began to pressure us on what we wanted, when we still had 30 minutes left!!!! They acted irritated and did a horrible job making my wife's sandwich. After we left at around 8:45, a kind gentleman walked in and they said they were closed. If things are shut down earlier than the time on google, update your hours. Unacceptable service. I don't recommend anyone going here late at night.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They secretly added in a $2.50 tip. I did not see anything about leaving a tip. That is not cool. I don’t mind tipping but don’t add it in without my ok !!

I do work in construction and most of the time my hands are in contact with material or tools, but my hands were cleaner than the hands of the guy that prepare the sandwiches , even when he use gloves you could see the disgusting state of his nails, I know this is a fast food restaurant but you expect better when you pay for your food, one more thing I noticed, I don't speak Hindu or Pakistani wich I am very respectful but even when you don't speak you can understand gestures and they were making fun out of a customer, next time I will eat at different place.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The employees are unfriendly and have a big attitude. The store owner was mopping the floor when i walked in and with the same hands , without a glove started preparing my sandwich.yuck . I would not recommend this place .please avoid this place if you can.

I have been to this subway at least once a week for a while now and not once has my order been correct. I place a mobile order on the app and have to quickly run in and grab my food. I don’t have time to sit and check to make sure it’s correct. I called the store and spoke to the manager to attempt to resolve this issue. The first time I was hung up on. I called again and was asked “well what do you want me to do” by the manager. She then made excuses saying the app doesn’t work and the sandwich maker does not get the instructions. But every instruction and note I inputted on the app is on the receipt stapled to my bag, when I said this, the manager hung up on me a second time.
