I was pleasantly surprised by how good the chicken sandwich was! I've been hearing great things but always skeptical with these corporate places, but this one actually impressed me. The fries were nothing to rave about but I would absolutely order the chicken again. There are also plenty of different sauces you can choose from to add more flavor.

Decided to try super chix on a whim. More than pleasantly surprised! Loved all the sauce options - serve yourself. The sandwiches are good potions. I felt pretty full after. I got the buffalo ranch. Honestly you can just get the deluxe and add ranch and buffalo sauce its the same thing. None the less still great! I personally loved the fries, added sweet seasoning to the fries and I couldn't stop eating them. Very addictive. They reminded me of the fries from Wingstop. If you like those add the sweet seasoning. Definitely worth throwing in the rotation!

Sooooo yummy! I'm obsessed with the crunchy breading on the tenders and the honey mustard! Feels a little pricey for fast casual dinning, but really tasty! I recommend the rosemary pepper fries too!

What happened to this place? Woman behind the counter couldn’t care less about being there. I ordered sweet potato fries and got regular. The bathroom toilet in the mens room does not work and looks like it gets cleaned once a week. The chicken strips were burned and overcooked, but the batter was also soggy like the oil was too cold when they put them in and had to cook them longer because they were underdone. This absolutely destroyed the chicken fingers. Sauces are good, but the rest of this place is just terrible. We used to love coming here but it’s clear, they don’t care anymore and you can tell.

This place was freaking awesome! Hands down best buffalo chicken sandwich I've had. It's one of my favorite foods so I've had that all over. Highly recommend if you're having a hankering for a chicken sandwich. The prices are a bit higher than other fast food places, but I really do think it is worth it. The rosemary fries were stellar as well.

Used to love this restaurant. We visited last night and the every table was dirty. It was Friday night and the place was empty. The floor had old food on it and the back of the restaurant had a funky smell. The cashier was not friendly at all. We ended up leaving before eating due to fear of food poisoning and being utterly disgusted. Until they fix this restaurant location, stay away. Too bad. They used to have excellent food and service.
The food is good. That's the reason I give any stars, but the price and the service are just subpar at best. We were practically ignored when we arrived. The staff were busy talking, while we waited for someone to take our order. We ordered shakes, but they were never brought out. We asked about them and they hadn't even started them. Once again, just talking with each other instead, not busy at all. They then tell us they don't have vanilla concrete for the cookies and cream shake we ordered. I asked why they didn't let us know when they took the order. She replied they could make it with chocolate or refund the cost No apology. We're then ignored again for about 10 minutes. My son literally asks me how long it takes to make a shake. We waited at least 20 minutes after finishing our sandwiches to finally get our shakes. Since it cost $32.43 for 4 items (2 sandwiches and 2 shakes) and this bad of an experience, we won't be returning. But that's OK. I don't think they care.

Good customer service and employees. Unfortunately the food here is simply not good. The chicken quality is low, the sauces are not good and the fries/fried pickles taste frozen. I think they should change up the menu, the sandwiches are really bad. Not a place I will come back to.

This place was a great spot to get a chicken sandwich but lately has gone down. I placed an online order, and was told someone picked up my order 2 hours ago. No, that's incorrect because I had placed the order (at the time) 18 minutes before walking in. They just had not made the order and were making an excuse. I had to argue with them to make my order after already paying!!! Again, customer service really lacks with Frisco restaurants. The cashier seemed sketchy when I walked in. I have seen this location lock the doors 35 minutes before closing!!! I walked to my vehicle to sit as I waited for my food and walked back in 12 minutes later. I hear the cashier whisper "here he comes again" again sketchy. The sandwich was ok, as it appears most of the sandwich was in pieces. The fries were stuck together which made them harder to eat. This establishment will not last long at this rate!!! It appears they have sketchy and dishonest people that work there and most don't want to work.

This place is the bomb!! Worth every penny. Love the wide flavor selection for the custard. I tried all the sauces, and each one is great! The fried pickles are tasty, too! Staff is friendly, great customer service. Thanks Super Chix!

Super Chix has some really nice chicken tendies. The closest parallel in flavor is chick-fil-a, but these are a larger, juicier tender. My qualms with Super Chix are that it is sometimes a little slow (pic of the boys walking out because we couldn’t get counter service), price (tough to justify sometimes because it is basically fancy chick-fil-a IMO), and really bad cell service in the building (This is really Verizon’s fault, but it’s still annoying that it is particularly bad here). Other than that it’s a home run fried chicken spot.
