Not as good as we expected to be. We ordered for crepes with icecream in it. They gave the gelato in a cup. It would be much better if they had put it in crepe. They had good amount of options to try but felt like those options are not customers looking for. We had to build custom crepe order because they don’t have crepes with vanilla icecream in it, which made them go on pricer side. Felt like not worth the price.

Kids love the Strawberry Nutella crepe! They love it so much that when they had a dessert crepe in Paris served on a plate with fork and knife there were surprised and shocked. They were expecting it to be served in a cone and loaded with toppings just like T-Swirl.

Came here for brunch and loved it! Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth and they do NOT skimp on the crepe toppings! Service is amazing and the crepes were filling and delicious, definitely recommend a try!

Can you please switch off the cotton candy machine music? It is absolutely annoying and running all the time and the machine is not even working. I would be here all the time if it wasn't for this music and the high prices.
I just had the worst customer service here. That black girl with short hair was very rude and I was standing at the register waiting for her and she wouldn’t come until another employee asked her to and she was rolling her eyes then she came and gave me a unwelcoming stare without saying anything then I told her I’m here to pick up my order she didn’t even say “hi, hello, how can I help you” or literally anything. Then when I had to pay I didn’t know she was ready for my payment because she doesn’t say anything not even read the amount tome and no smile at all she was ridiculously rude. If she hates her job so much maybe she should quit. I understand people can be tired and have bad days but we all do and it shouldn’t be taken out on anyone. I’m a regular customer I come here a lot and I recommended this place a lot but now I will never come back or recommend it again. I had ordered 7 crepes for my family but now I regret putting my money somewhere I’m not welcomed or respected. If Tswirl management don’t handle this issue I will never be back here again.
Delicious crêpes! Order at the kiosk. There is a rewards app and an offer of 10% off your first order of already reasonably priced crêpes. I had the small strawberry Nutella crêpe. It was the perfect indulgence after a dinner out at Kura (in the same complex). Abundant parking.
Mini Lychee Romantic was just okey. Maybe I should try it next time. Blueberry cheese one maybe. Will be back.

The food was amazing! Staff is really friendly even came and asked if everything was good. Very clean and cozy ambience. They have sweet crepes for people who love sweets and not too sweet ones for people who don't like too sweet I personally recommend the blueberry cheesecake if you're not into too sweet

When I was in living in Asia crepe is one of the best to go to desserts but I can’t find the crepe that I used to get in Asia especially in Japan then this store pop up! They give color with the crepe world here in Texas.I love where you can see the staff making your order, or like get a cotton candy from the machine or take photos since their place is really instagrammable. This cute vibes really add up to the experience.The staff were all nice and accommodating even what branch we go to.Always ordering the Vanilla Creme Brûlée crepe!
