The food doesn’t taste authentic at all. I couldn’t even finish my food. My husband who’s not a picky eater could not finish his either. The dining area was nice though. Employees should be more attentive to their customers.

Exactly what I needed after being on a diet. The rare beef and broth was so good and we showed up about an hour from close.

Delicious pho! The broth is great, meat is good quality, variety of pho sizes, so it’s very complete from the usual one-size-fits-all pho places. The rest of the menu is also very good and tasty. I come here literally twice a month or more. The vibe is very nice, they play good music and have a big Buddha in the front. Makes it friendly.Highly recommend!

TL/DR: Expensive and not greatFood: the food was very greasy and the pho had too much of something in it (star anise?). I don’t know, but it all felt like the chefs were trying to cover up somethingService: the servers were not attentive at all. We were at one of the tables closest to them and the kitchen, and the server only showed up once. We completely ran out of water and no one refilled it. Even when we first came in, it took a while before someone even showed us to our table.Atmosphere: it was fine. The jazz music was nice, the interior is nicely decorated, but there are large plants in the front that we had to duck under. I don’t know why our server led us through a treePrice: you’re better off going somewhere else. This place is not cheap at all. Everything was expensive and didn’t even taste good. ALSO! THERE IS A CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE THAT IS NOT ADVERTISED! There was one little sign that we happened to sit nearby, but absolutely no one said anything about it.

By far the most horrible experience we had. We ordered the com thit ngoug and the pork came out undercooked a bit raw with a blood red tint which left the white rice with that color. Also order an extra side of rice and soup for the dish which was not touched and returned with the dish. Manager stated that he checked the temperature of our food before serving which was a lie and still serve us undercooked pork which had a blood red liquid still coming out of the meat looked like they rushed to serve. Upon paying the manager tried to sneak in the additional charges which he handle in a rudely unprofessional manner he made a rude remark stating " you should not come here if you don't have money." We as long time customers will not do business and eat here again.

Fast service, good food, good ambience. The Pho was good, it just had a small something that didnt quite hit the spot, but it was still good. The spring rolls though, they were great!

I had pho and grilled chicken over rice.- Pho: meat was pretty decent quality, a bit on pricey size but portion is somewhat fair. My issue is the broth, it was very salty but yet plain in term of tasting pho.- Grill chicken: I’m not sure if I could even taste chicken. It was overly sweet and covered in some weird colorThe place was bright and clean looking, however food was quite bad, unsure if I wanna come back here again

As a previous reviewer said, no disclosure to customers regarding the extra charge on using credit card to pay. The food was good; the only thing that was disappointing was the bean sprouts were not fresh (see photo). The services were good. The server is very soft spoken so it is hard to hear him.
