This is a coffee of a different quality. The coffee beans themselves are different, and the store atmosphere is quiet and calm.

Priscilla at the café was such a pleasure to talk with. She is both, intelligent and sweet at the same time! She made our experience even more enjoyable! Thank you Priscilla!!

Wow, what a charming spot! A friend and I dropped by for coffee and ended up losing track of time while browsing the books. Eventually, we decided to stay for lunch. We both ordered the tomato mozzarella toasted sandwich and enjoyed iced lattes—mine was a delightful lavender honey flavor, while my friend opted for the classic vanilla. Every aspect of the experience was impeccable; I'd rate it a solid 10/10. Whether you're looking for a cozy hangout or a quiet place to study, they offer plenty of seating both inside and outside. Can't wait to return soon!

Very nice coffee shop atmosphere but with the same vibe as the big bookstore. I know where all of the profits from this one go!

The Book Shoppe and Coffee is a nice coffee shop with a comfortable & relaxed setting if you are looking to meet clients or friends. I have been a couple times now and each time have received a warm welcome from the team working.

Cute coffee place with Christian bookstore, wooden fireplace, yummy coffee and great ambience. Love this place, however, I wish the they’d clean up their serving mugs as they are all old and broken… we have ordered Matcha Latte and London Fog. Matcha latte tasted amazing, London Fog is just some black tea with milk in it. They could have made the tea by steeping it a little longer and made it a little more hotter. My tea mug looked old and cracked and it has stains all around.. Matcha latte on the other hand was served well in a glass cup which tasted a lot better than the tea.Overall I love the place, and their coffee and latte options but I am not too sure about their teas and the mugs they use to serve their teas.

Seemed like it was gonna be really cute, so we were really excited to go - nothing in the marketing said how strong those Christian overtones would be. Not our place; we left after a very quick breeze through of the “book store” which ended up being entirely Christian books & Bibles. Person behind the counter did seem really friendly as we walked by though!

As a Christian I was so excited to visit this little book and coffee shop that’s minutes away from where I live! I think it’s a rest idea for like minded people as well as people in all walks of life to be able to come together under one umbrella to enjoy 3 of life’s joys… Christ, coffee, and a good book. My coffee was good, I like that they have merchandise to purchase for Bible studies (books, study guides, highlighters, journals, etc.), they even sell candles. However, as a BLACK Christian woman I was extremely disappointed by the lack of diversity in the authors in the store. There were no big name (or small name) black authors in the store except for Tony Evan’s. No TD Jakes, Sarah Jakes Roberts, Tim Ross, Priscilla Shirer, Dharius Daniels, Jerry Flowers, Keion Henderson, Stephanie Ike, Derwin Gray, Mike Todd, Jackie Hill-Perry, etc… Hundreds- thousands of books and vastly no minority authors was extremely disappointing.I did bring it to the attention of an employee who said she would bring it up to the owner. I went back a month later and didn’t see anything different. The same employee also thought that I didn’t know the authors there because I was “young” (I’m 30), but the reality was that I wasn’t familiar with majority of the authors because I’m black and grew up in diverse churches.I would love to see some diversity implemented here, as well as some cultural sensitivity training to the staff…the idea of a Christian book shop is really a great idea if executed correctly.

Very good ambience. Coffee was good but it wasn't hot Probably because they just set aside your order eventhough they know you are seated 10 ft away from the counter. Very hard to hear them when they call out your order. Customers talking and TVs background noise. This is a Christian book store and cafe. Nothing wrong with that. Just so people don't show up thinking this is a mom and pop book store that has various categories of books.
