The hostesses ruined it for us. We were seated at a table and we kindly asked to move to the booth right across from it, just for a little more privacy. We were told "Um I'd have to check to see if that's available" with a look that really said " sit where I put you!" Yes, unfortunately not 5 minutes later, another walk in party was seated there. Had we been seated where we wanted rather than where our hostess wanted us to go, we would have had the stellar service we saw that waiter give while we got to sit through subpar service. Waiter never came to check on us and when I looked around to find him, he was texting.Fries were cold, pizza was ok. Salads barely had enough dressing and burger wasn't cooked right. Haven't eaten at Cheesecake for probably 20 something years and today's visit reminded me why. Thank Goodness I used the gift card I was given so I didn't have to shell out any money to this overpriced disaster. Go to Lazy Dog or Seasons 52 if you want these prices, y'all. You'll get so much better service and food!!
Margarita was good. Food order wrong even though specifically reviewed with server. Patio heaters still on even though everyone complaining of heat and staff says they are off. Waitstaff bad attitude.

The actual restaurant was nicely decorated. We just got cheesecake Togo. The servers were efficient but not friendly. Which in their defense the amount of people in there was suffocating. We got the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake, pineapple upside down and the oreo cheesecake. It was so good. The kids said their oreo was super sweet and couldn't finish it. I will have to take their word because I didn't try theirs.
