I love the cookies from this shop! I never buy cookies out because they never taste as hood as what I make myself, but buttercream on these cookies is delish! The only disappointing thing is the don’t have the chocolate with chocolate buttercream all the time. So I’ve been disappointed to drive there a few times and they don’t have them. I suggest if those are your favorites, call ahead and ask. I like the strawberry also. But go mainly for the chocolate on chocolate.

I found this place online because I love trying new bakeries.I have to say, the “birthday” cookie and classic sugar were awesome! I loved the very soft base and texture. Not everyone uses buttercream frosting on their sugar, but they do, and I really liked the frosting.For me personally, the m&ms and classic chocolate chip were not to my taste. I like more of a very soft and “ooey gooey” chocolate chip where they’re warm and you see the chocolate pulling apart when you break the cookie. These weren’t bad, but didn’t seem completely fresh & didn’t have that super soft, gooey texture. Not bad, just disappointed expecting them to be as good as the sugars. I will definitely come back but stick to the frosted sugar options moving forward.

Adore this cookie shop! The flavors are always delicious and the cookies are cute too. Recently I ordered a custom cookie cake from them last minute and the design wasn’t the most simple of course. I spoke to Heather & she was so nice, extremely helpful and so very friendly. She worked with me to get my cookie cake ordered. She let me know that the bakers may have to simplify the design some because of time, which I completely understood. I was just so thankful they would be able to get it done at all and I would trust their artistic choices. Well I picked up the cookie cake and was blown away by how amazing it looked and how close to the design they got it. It is stunning and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Cookie Rack!! Your staff, bakers and decorators are tops in my book!

I called to look for the location and the staff answered Hello. That should have been my sign. I ordered 4 iced sugar cookies and 2 M&M Cookies. They left my 4 iced sugar cookies out of the box! The M&M cookies are like eating a wad of dough. Not even cooked all the way. Needless to say I will not be back nor would I recommend.

I do not usually take the time to write reviews but I just had to. Cookies are my favorite dessert. I am on a perpetual diet so I do not indulge often. Ihae been talking about going here forever, I finally did. All I can say is they were the freshest best cookies I have ever had. The strawberry cookie had fresh minced strawberries, the cookie dough literally melted in your mount. My absolute favorite was the peanut butter bar. I did not get the ladies name that helped us but she was fabulous. You could tell she really felt good about the quality and taste of the cookies that they bake. Deanna T.

The Cookie Rack has some of the best cookie on the planet!!! They are the most delicious, soft, melt-in-your-mouth, wonderful cookies I have ever tasted! Definitely worth the trip to go buy them!!! Their shop is so lovely and their staff is always friendly and helpful. If I could, I would go and buy cookies there every day!!☺️?? 100 of 100 would recommend!!!

Yelpers these cookies are delicious-- absolutely delicious, found these guys on DoorDash for a Friday afternoon treat. Got the naked chocolate chip, raspberry chocolate, and key lime pie cookie. They were all good but the key lime pie was freaking phenomenal. I don't know what other reviews were talking about weird tastes-- no way, these were fresh and had the perfect bake. It was worth the money and I'll order here again!
