I can’t stand when the employees or owners act like you asking questions to them is an inconvenience. I asked if I can just pay at their regular register since their kiosks were being used and I get asked “are you paying cash” and she walks off. Nice :)Teas are good which is why they get two stars but they better teach the employees to at least answer with respect and courtesy.

Excellent service but my husband got the jasmine milk tea, which was > 99% milk and hardly any tea, much less for jasmine. Not sure if the milk was bad or it was a handling issue, he ended up with a massive gastrointestinal catastrophe.

LOVE the quality of their tea. SO high quality. My fave is the lemon premium tea! I had it with less ice and 30% and it was perfect. Their mango coconut sago is THE best in DFW even with 0% sugar. And I have had this at MOST boba places in the Plano/Richardson/Frisco area.

Big fan of the mango sago here. Be sure to reduce the sugar since by default it comes a smidge too sweet, but they have all sorts of flavors and textures going on with all the jellies, sago, and tapioca pearls they pack into the drink.
TP Milk Tea, 30% Sugar Solid milk tea! The tea itself was good, and they let you adjust the sugar and ice level. Cute clean interior with 3 large rectangular tables of seating. Nto my favorite Boba pearl--they're a good chewiness, but on the small side

This place is fire on so many levels. The staff is so nice and respectful and really makes you feel appreciated for choosing to stop in. The music is nice and the aesthetic is clean and super calming. The drink selection is fresh, and everything I've had was super tasty. Prices aren't bad, and I appreciate how you can take your time at the kiosk and aren't pressured to make a decision. 100% better than starbucks.

The tea shop is cute! Ordering was easy and prices were great! The boba was chewy and well cooked, unfortunately they ran out of boba for our 2 other teas. Would have given 5 stars if we would've got all of our orders the way we ordered them.
