I absolutely hate Wingstop’s new online and / or call center ordering. When you order online you can’t customize or change some of the things in a combo. We like ordering combos and substituting the veggies for an order of fries. Not able to do that online, and when you talk to someone at the call center they don’t seem to understand what changes we’re wanting to make. They charged me for extra fries. Just now tried to call in an order and I was on hold for 15 minutes....read full review
Enjoyed a great dining experience – the food was delicious with generous portions, and the service was friendly. However, the entrance could use some attention as it could benefit from a good cleaning.

They waited until I placed my order and paid with my card to tell me they "WERE OUT OF GARLIC PARMESAN." I had never heard this before. Sounds suspicious to me because I asked for extra crispy, and maybe they didn't want to put the extra effort ? I requested a refund
