We love this Zoe's and today was no exception. There was a mix up with our order and the manager took care of it right away and comped our meal but also gave us an entire full free meal to go! Great service as always!

I'm only giving 3 stars because I typically love love love Zoe's food and my mom's meal was a reasonable portion, but mine was a little dry, small, and sad. 2 stars for me, when normally I'd give Zoe's a solid 4.5. It was still pretty tasty, but I'm usually the kind of person who orders a meal at a restaurant and can make it last for a good 3 meals. I basically licked this plate clean & went to my fridge to forage for more of my own food. For a nearly $12 sandwich, I thought the 1 and 1/3 tiny salmon cubes were a little laughable and the harissa sauce was barely there. There was also no extra potato salad hiding under the pita. Those few bites in the photo are all they gave. Also: The hummus we also got, which is the entire reason we go to Zoe's, and can normally eat by the bucket, was so bland. I'm sure we will be back, but I'm super disappointed with this experience.

Ordered a steak and mozzarella piadina. The flatbread was soggy. Had very little steak. Was basically soggy bread and cheese. Won't go back.

Awful customer service. The manager is unreasonable and ignorant. This location got my order wrong and still charged me for the awful food.

First of all our order was wrong. Then steak kebab was very cold inside. It seems kebab was pre-cooked and they didn't warm it up well. Our roasted vegetables were cold too. Our food came on the table very fast and it was not a busy time. They had only two customers inside. Couldn't believe Zoës serves food like this. Very disappointed ???

Absolutely delicious. I love that they have many options that are vegan or vegetarian in terms of sizes and sauces. That being said, I am a meat eater and their steak on the kabob was tender and mouth-watering! The rice is cooked perfectly, and there was good variety in the sautéed vegetables. For the quality of food, the price is perfectly measured. Don't hesitate, try this gem!

The worst service ever! Plan not to have anything to do after you order your food because it is going to take 20-30 minutes before you get it. When you get it the order is going to be wrong. Talk about worst!
Love this place, Basil Pesto Hummus and their salads are the best!

Normally this is a great place with good food and Friendly staff. But my recent visit wasn’t as much. The guy working the drive thru was very UNFRIENDLY with attitude ?Rather than report him as he shocked me and my daughter with his Tone. I showed my daughter how to take the High road and take our business elsewhere next time. ?

So happy when this came into our neighborhood. Food is hit or miss. Since it's cold outside people order soup. They have good soup but when I received the bowl of soup I received all broth and no substance. I could have put broth in a bowl for myself.

While visiting my son in Frisco, TX, he took me to Zoes Kitchen for lunch, it was very good, the menu has a good variety, I had such a hard time trying to decide. I decided to try the Mediterranean Chicken, it was very good, light but filling. The atmosphere was nice, you could eat inside or outside, the weather was perfect that day.

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is their food is really tasty. However that's where it ends. Their service is lacking in every area. This was the second time I have to wait extra time for them to get my order. Last time they forgot we were waiting curbside and I eventually had to go in. This time the person brought out the 1 meals without the drink and was likef "oh yeah, be right back". I understand that we are going through a rough period but the total lack of concern, disinterest in their customers, and sloppy work is really off-putting. I think I will have to find another Zoe's in the future. Sad they used to be really good, everyone was friendly and interested in customer service. Now, not so much.
