Stood in line at the counter for 10 min. No one took my order or offered to help me, or even said just a min, etc. Someone walked in behind me and they offered to take his order and not mine. I made eye contact with every employee there and no one said anything. Very upsetting to have this experience.

Fantastic Mediterranean dishes... A place you can lean on regularly... Try the soups!

Waited outside for over 40 minutes thinking my order wasn’t completed yet since they hadn’t brought it out when I called to give my name and space number. I finally go inside to find my food inside and practically cold now. Worst experience and service.

Excellent salads and juices. Clean and pleasant staff. Comfortable environment that allows eat in with tables set up for sufficient distancing. My fav is the ? salad with salmon ???

My daughter loves their Mediterranean food. But Frisco location is too far from Aubrey, TX. Might want another location on Hwy 380.

Probably shouldn't post photos of your food if you can't deliver the same image on the plate. Not even close.

Every time I order online from this location I end up waiting 40+ minutes after the estimated pickup time for my food. The manager doesn't care. She's rude and unapologetic. The food is not normal Zoe's Kitchen quality, and they are always out of something. I am over it.

Zoe's on Main Street in Frisco went above and beyond to serve my husband and me. When I placed my ordered I forgot to ask for salmon to be added to my cauliflower bowl. When our order was brought to our table I didn't even notice I didn't have salmon on my plate until my husband said something. While we were pulling our receipt out to make sure we didn't order it the manager noticed we needed something. He came over and asked if everything was ok. We explained to him what had happened and he said he would make me some salmon and bring it right to me. My husband got up to pay for the salmon and the manager insisted that it was complimentary. That was very generous given that the mistake was on us. He didn't stop there with his generosity. When he brought the salmon out he brought out a fresh bowl of the cauliflower rice. So now I had two bowls of cauliflower rice. And he made up a 2nd salmon for me to take home with the extra cauliflower bowl. It made a great lunch the next day which I was not expecting. This all occurred on a week that was truly hectic and exhausting. His act of kindness truly blessed us. Btw - the food was superb!

I love the food. It's always fresh. I like that this location has curbside pickup, but curbside pickup takes a bit. I'm not sure if it's because of the increase in carry-out. One thing that is mildly annoying about this location is that the food prep seems to change from month to month and in some cases from week to week. One week it'll be definitely only two pieces when the previous I usually get four. Or sauces (e.g. salsa verde, tzatziki, etc.) on the side then it's on the pita. I could go on. I'm not sure if this is an issue at all locations or if it is a widespread thing.

Disappointed. Spouse wanted a healthy meal, and was looking forward to the falafel in particular. They are now smaller and couldn't find any chickpea in them. Was it a supplier issue? Change supplier. Was it a cost/profit issue? Just add a couple more dollars - we'd pay it. Please don't cut corners when the customer expects quality healthy food.

I have eaten here a few times and in general I enjoy their mains and salads. This time I got their Kabob meal which comes with two sides and added the basil hummus. Firstly I was a confused by how difficult it was to understand what the "Make it a Meal" came with from their Doordash menu. They offer pita as an option for the two sides but it also comes with pita? Or the salad comes with pita? Really not sure, and even checking their website menu did not clear it up at all. Anyway I was glad that somehow there was pita included and I didn't have to add it as one of my sides! I really enjoyed the salmon this time, it was fresh and tender and the vegetables on the kabobs were good as well. The falafel is a bit on the spicy side, and very flavorful. One out of the three times I've had it the falafel were rock hard and not good. Their pitas are fine, nothing special. I was also annoyed that $2.99 got me only a single oz of basil hummus; that seems like shockingly little to me and I definitely would not order it again. It tasted considerably more like pesto than hummus. It was good but not what I had in mind.

The one last wasn't very nice .. the rest of the staff took over and were great. Food is always good here.

Had a terrible experience last night. Placed an order for curbside pickup...got to the restaurant 30 minutes later and not only was it not ready, but we called the phone number to let them know we were there 4 times and no one ever answered. Went inside and were told it would be another 10-15 minutes. We left and came back 20 minutes later - still no answer when we called the curbside pickup phone number. Went inside again and the order was ready but incomplete. Very disappointing.

This place is trash. I've tried them for catering carry out and dine in. Each time incredibly disappointed. Stay away. There's literally a billion better options
