For fast food Chinese this place is great, I absolutely love the portion sizes and for me the Junior is the perfect meal size! The chicken is always tender and I adore their sauce.But today this location won my heart and my loyalty forever! I called in a small order and placed my order with Darlington. I had to call back about 20 minutes later and tell him I could not make it, my dog had gotten sick and I was rushing her to the vet for an emergency visit. I was willing to pay for the order and let him give it to someone else. He told me it was okay, that he would talk to him Manager and let her know and not to worry just to make sure my dog was okay. I don't share this for people to take advantage of this location but to understand that sometimes people remember to take care of one another and today they did that.I called and told the Manager once we were home this afternoon and I hope he did not get into any trouble and if so please call me, I will pay for those meals.

So disappointed with this location, I patronize them because I live close to the store. The quantity of protein in my double protein order was so little, I order from the Fulshear location at lot and am just so disappointed with my order, wanted to drive back for a refund but I am so far from store now. I called and spoke to a lady, who informed me that the cook is not the regular cook and might not know the portions to put and advised me to call tomorrow to speak to the manager! How is that going to help? "I'm sorry" isn't going to give me the right quantity or tip I left! I will not be back!

Terrible customer service. Forgot half my order and ws your when I called about it they knew about it and I asked if they could refund me. I asked for a refund and my meal and when I asked to speak with a manager she laughed and put me on with someone that said “you speak Spanish”. I guess they thought this was funny. Then someone who claimed to be the manager got in the phone and I doubt he was the manager. I spent $50 on a meal that they forgot to make half of and to be disrespectful. If you are the manager or owner of this franchise I would expect more from your employees. They seem more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers. Update: just walked in and the girl I spoke to ran to the back saying “she’s here” with a line of 4 people waiting. Wow, the professionalism is amazing.

The food has been soo overcooked every time we order either through door dash or go in to eat. I even ordered the chicken breast bowl in the hopes it would be more tender and much less burnt.. I was wrong. The rice was also crunchy, very disappointed. No point in calling, they will only offer you free food, no refund. Don't recommend this place. I paid $40.00 for food and no drinks.

Pretty disappointing meal. The crab ragoons were just folded over (this is not what was advertised online). Most of my bowl was rice and veggies , minimum chicken. I probably won't be back unless I have a coupon

Ordered two spicy Chicken Breast Teriyaki bowls through DoorDash last night. Almost didn’t order due several negative reviews here on Google. Our food was absolutely perfect; chicken was cooked well done just like we like it, food was sauced perfectly (not too much or too little) with right amount of spiciness, rice was cooked perfectly, veggies were cooked perfectly as well. After living in Seattle for a few years, we were craving an authentic teriyaki like we used to get there. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and are very glad to have found a local spot to get our teriyaki fix. Can’t wait for our next order, thank you!!

The cashier has SERIOUS attitude issues!!! I have been living in US for more than 10 years and this is the first time I've felt discriminated by an American because of my foreign accent. Horrible experience!Surprisingly, most of the employees are latin people.

Decided to tried this place for a quick bite. Gotta say, the food didn't look as eye pleasing, but overall taste wasn't bad. The spicy chicken is on the dryer side, but teriyaki chicken and orange chicken were yummy. However, it's heavier taste, so if you are someone who likes mild, this place may be too salty for you.
