They no longer have the big drink selection that they used to. Workers are unfriendly & just grunt at you when handing you the food.

I'm just leaving now and the lady at the window is telling me in the drive thru window that she has migraines then asked me to park in the front so I asked for condiments and she yelled at me "don't worry ill get all your stuff"Let me mind you, there is no rush . It's 430am on a Tuesday. Wow, I will be calling Cooperate.

I want to know who gives the training to their employees. Why is the lady taking peoples orders yelling through the intercom and not allowing customers remotely finish their order and yelling“OKAY WHAT ELSE” very unprofessional customer service. Rude.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Jack in the box I have been to. I pulled into the drive through at 9:25 PM but did not leave the drive through until 9:55 PM. I am aware that some large orders can take longer than others. So I was patient while I waited. However, when I made my order or should I say tried to make an order, Nobody was greeting me until I mentioned. I was there and they said hold on 1 minute. Then, after about 5 minutes a young man got on the Intercom and saidd he could take my order now. I really wasn't very hungry so I just ordered a dessert and some iced tea. When I got to the window he took my money and gave me my change very quickly and then handed me my order. However, my iced tea had no ice in it. So I requested a cup of ice. He handed me a very small cup that was only half filled with ice and I said. Can you fill this up please? And he says. Well, we're running low on ice and then he snatched it out of my hand filled it up and then handed it back to me and said here's your ice. I then noticed there were no utensils in my bag so I couldn't eat my dessert so I requested a spoon. I ended up getting a fork. Whoever that employee is, the management really needs to get hold of or they just need to get rid of him because he really hates his job.

The lady on the drive thru intercom was nice. When I got to the window, I asked for some “good good sauce” and the white lady(I don’t know her name) just kept saying “I don’t know” gave me my food and shut the window after saying “I don’t know “ one more time. I’ve never had this issue with any other worker. Terrible customer service by her.

Can't go wrong with JITB tacos!!!January 29, 2024 update...Most recent trip was less than satisfactory. Arrived at roughly 6:15 p.m. today. Walked in and there was one customer walking out with their food. Made my way to the counter and there were three employees at the back of the kitchen and they were looking at and discussing what appeared to be their schedule. After waiting a few minutes one of them finally caught a glimpse of me and walked to the front counter. She said something that sounded like "for here or to go" though it was hard to make out because of the REALLY ANNOYING MUSIC they had BLARING in the back of the kitchen. Obviously I misunderstood her because she just stared at me for a second and then said, "I said what can I get for you". Never so much as a hello, glad you're here, welcome or anything of sort. Not a thank you afterwards, I'll have it right out or anything. My order took a little longer than I felt it should but it wasn't a terrible wait. But, then I sat down in the booth farthest from the kitchen and front counter and I could still hear the music blaring from the back of the kitchen to the point that I couldn't make out what was actually coming through the speakers in the dining area. My food was on par for JITB so there was no issue with that. But I really felt as though the staff was truly disappointed to see a customer walk in when I got there. It was as though I was putting them out or something...Quite unpleasant and uncomfortable actually.

I started going through the drive-through off and on about 2 months ago. In that time, I've not had many good experiences. The second time I went, I asked for something on the menu, and all I got back was, "I can't do that." No explanation alternatives or "sorry, I'm all out." The woman sounded very irritated and like she hated her job. I don't blame her for just that, everyone has bad days. But I also work in food and customer service, and I have never just given a customer a grumpy sounding "I can't do that" with only silence to follow. Another three times after that, my order was wrong. I still went again because I love the boba coffee. There is nowhere else to get it that's local. This last time I went, I placed my order but on the screen it said milk tea. I wanted the coffee one so I tried to clarify but the woman (same woman as mentioned earlier) didn't understand. She asked if I wanted coffees in addition to the boba. I said no and before I could explain she cut me off and told me "it's right" and to pull up to the window. At the window I asked again if they are the coffee boba, not the milk boba. At this point I began to think that she does not know what is on the menu because she asked if I wanted 4 drinks. I explained that there are 2 flavors of this drink and I wanted the coffee flavor. I even said I would buy 4 drinks if she already made the milk tea flavor. It sounded like I finally got through to her and I could buy the coffee boba and milk bobas, the more the merrier. She only rang me up for 2 and and handed me the wrong flavor. My home life has been a little rocky and I just wanted some comfort food. But if I lose my appetite because I feel like I'm a nuisance or not heard, its not comforting at all and I do not need it. Again, I work a very similar job to this woman. If I can be polite to customers all day and make sure they have what they want, why can't she? If I go back it won't be on her shift. I believe she works evenings. I was polite to her every time I went and I would never treat her the way she treated me.
