TBH it tends to be hit-or-miss, but we have enjoyed our meals most of the time. Especially like the fajitas , cheese enchiladas, and chicken pechuga. Service has been a challenge, but that's true of many establishments these days, isn't it?
We enjoyed an excellent meal. We were the only customers in the restaurant. One was just leaving as we arrived. It was about 4 PM, so we arrived before the dinner crowd. We were greeted immediately. We received chips and salsa right away. Our drinks came out quickly as did our salad. The food came out soon after and was hot and delicious. The restaurant has changed so much since it opened. The cook from the closed Collinsville location is now at Lake Kiowa. We had fresh good food, and the lodge type building atmosphere was nice. Small but cozy place. The best guacamole salad ever!
