I'm giving Jack in the Box five stars because their food is pretty good and at particular Jack in the Box on Galveston Island the staff and service are very friendly and efficient I recommend the Jack in the Box if you want just a quick bite with friendly

Get there at 11:24, 36 minutes until closing. Sit at the order box for 2 minutes, no one answers. It looked broken, so after waiting went to the window. People cleaning inside, no one even looked in my direction. Waste of time

We walked in and turned around and left. Has to be the nastiest resturant on the island. No vent covering the AC, water all over the floor. Dirty tables just nasty. We were not the only ones to walk out.

Literally sat in the drive thru for ten minutes, for a coffee. Then get told I can't have the creamer I need for the coffee. The staff was super rude, and the front doors locked to the lobby. At 9 a.m. even though the loddy "opens" at 6 a.m.The manager really needs to hire better staff. This place is trash. My coffee tasted like it had been sitting there all morning.

went to use the restroom coming from the beach. after being done in the restroom, trying to leave I realized they locked all the doors of the restaurant , and i could not leave. everybody thought it was funny that i was locked in, and i had to wait for them to unlock the doors and let me out.

Waited over 15 to 20 minutes and nobody was there at the counter or at the store for that matter. It was an empty store with one door open so I'm assuming the person who is working was supposed to lock both doors and forgot although the sign says open. This is very bad business. I'm somebody that doesn't commit Burglary but someone could've easily gone in the back and did some bad things which thankfully didn't occur while I was there. I'm not coming back here anytime soon and after reading the reviews, I think I'm just gonna drive past this place.

Stopped in to place a quick order. My order was placed quite quickly, the staff was not that friendly (like they really didn't want to be there). Then I waited for my meal, and waiting is a nice way to say it. It took them 12 min to make a sour dough jack combo. My buddy came in and placed his order and still got it before I did. I'm just glad this was hidden from the main road.

I ordered a meal of a burger, french fries and a drink thru uber. What I got only were the fries, the drink and burger steak, cabbage, tomatoes, and cheese. No Bread!!! For $21! A burger without a bread!!!

My family and I stopped at this Jack in the Box for a quick bite, I must say the atmosphere was ghastly. As we walked in there was a woman coughing up a storm, we assumed she was probably a customer, but later we spotted her in the kitchen handling the food. She wasn't wearing gloves nor mask, and as I mentioned, she was touching and coughing over the food. Although the place was clean on the inside, it was the outside that looked eerie and abandoned, I understand the location, the fog, and the sea birds play a role in the strange appearance, but they could at least give brief clean here and there.
Went thru drive thru everything was as expected food tasted good as expected. The window person was pleasant

Jack in the Box will always be the best, because they serve big meal that will have you taking home a doggy bag. It doesn't matter how hungry you are you still have leftovers.Parking: I wish they had a bigger parking area instead of on the side and half the curves are red zones.
