Why is it that the drive-thru lights and the whole lights around the stores and never on at night the store looks like it's closed all the time and it's also a security issue because it's dark around the drive-thru and the menu boarded doesn't light up... Prices are two high .

This is by far the best Jack in the box in the state of Texas I was very pleased with the food and was proud of two of their manager one was named JoJo and the other I believe her name is Heather very friendly came in to work and help their team deliver outstanding service Jack in the box should appreciate their managers especially these two good job Jack in the box team and keep up the good work

Just tried to walk in and got yelled at by employees saying "DRIVE THRU"If it is drive thru then put a freaking sign on the door saying juat drive thru. Doesn't deserve one star. Do not go to the Broadway store.

Very disappointed in JitB. Used to be my go to breakfast fast food and liked the burgers. Service has gone down hill. Had a breakfast burrito given to me not only with the tortilla folded like a taco, not wrapped to keep the ingredients in, but the paper wrapper was the same way. As I took it out of the bag in my car, it came apart and ended up all over my front seat. Then the staff member I took it in to the store to show and complain, was extremely rude, discurtious, and unprofessional. The burger I always ordered was the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. The last several times I had ordered one, the size of the meat patty was noticeable smaller, at least a third smaller than it had been and the prices just keep going up. There are too many other choices out there to waste time and money, and get treated with no respect as a customer, to end up going to Jack.

Tried two days in a row to get tacos. Both times sorry we don't have tacos they're just coming out of the freezer.
Sandwich fell apart, and fries were old and cold. It was mediocre. They need to bring salads back. Both island locations are always out.
