We wanted to grab a quick dinner after a long fun filled day. I went into the store to order 2 sandwhiches. Upon entering, the employee told me she would get to me when she could. I noticed she was working alone. So I stood at the register and she was working extremely hard making sandwiches. After she completed 2 tickets, and I saw she had a few more still hanging for her, I decided to leave and go to Subway because I had already waited about 15 minutes and still hadn't had a chance to order. Definitely not the fault of the worker! I honestly felt bad for her because you could tell she was overwhelmed. More employees are needed for this store.

The food was nothing special,the service was also very rude.The people working were staring at us while we were looking at the menu I smiled and tried to be friendly and they rolled there eyes.The lady was very aggressive making our food and the guy we were ordering from was checking my guardian out.It was very unprofessional and when they called our food out they whispered ."Lady your six sandwich's are ready."Then she yelled."Lady your six different sandwich's are ready!!"And scoffed.It was very rude and disrespectful i wouldn't suggest going to this jimmy john's.

Walked in to place a carry out order and was told it would be a 40 minute wait because they were backed up on delivery orders. Would have taken the less than 5 minutes to make my order. Went to subway on 61st st. They make a decent sandwich there if anyone needs an alternative option

Polite lady answered the phone took my order.she let us know there would be an hour wait for delivery which was fine(mothers day) .driver was also very polite..Sandwiches ,( tuna) were fresh and very good.

Don't waste your time or money. This is the second delivery order they've screwed me on. First time, shame on them. Second time, shame on me. Third time, not happening.

Lady didn't refund an order never delivered.I have ordered from this store several time and there were at least a few times I have been sorely disappointed.After this last incident I won't be ordering from them again.There has been a few times where the delivery guy takes around 2 hrs to get to my address because he is the only driver apparently and I live 3 mins away.Why does this store not hire more drivers.In this case I waited over an HR, had to call the store only to be told, "I don't know why the website didn't take off the option for delivery. We don't have any drivers tonight." It was April 15, my birthday by the way.Anyways, I talked to the woman who sounded a bit older and instead of offering me a refund she asked if I wanted to pick it up. I told her not unless she can take off the tip and delivery fee. She said "I cAn AdD a CoOkIe" like that's gonna cover almost $7.I told her no, I want to cancel my order. She said fine and told me she had refunded it.Around an HR or 2 I saw that I had not received the refund and the website did not list the order as cancelled!!! I called back and this woman told me it just takes time.Shes a liar because it's the 1st and it still has not been refunded! >:(I had to call my credit card company to get the charges disputed!I will never eat here again and I hope no one else does at this particular store. Nothing but a liar and thief!

WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE! I would avoid at all cost!! This place has such rude customer service and they are amazingly slow!! I had to stay in Galveston at La Quinta only about 30 seconds from this place so I did not want to drive out. Jimmy Johns usually isn't terrible for me until I came here. Staff was very rude, did not give me eye contact, had such a big attitude while I was ordering a gargantuan sandwich with no tomatoes and light sauce. I felt very uncomfortable in this place and I never want to come by to this location. I'm sure there's others that felt the same way I did sadly.

My husband ordered Turkey and cheese. When we got home the only thing on it was Turkey and a few tomatoes not much of a sandwich at all. A bit upsetting.

Never ever buy a sandwich from either 1 of these places . 128 sandwiches bought from them I moved 10 blocks down the street and they refuse to deliver ...

Don't usually order Jimmy Johns if I can help it but I was in a hurry. Barely any meat on the sandwich and I waited over an hour from placing my order of ONE sandwich to delivery. When I called to ask about my order, I was not asked my name or what I ordered. Just that they were on the way. I waited another 45 minutes after that call before I got my sandwich.

This was the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Place was empty when we came in, then employee came in the front door. Not sure if the sandwich maker was high or just not paying attention, but she got three of the five sandwiches wrong ( wrong meat, wrong topping). Employees left and walked across the street. We go to Jimmy John's all the time at home and this was such a dissappointment
