If I could give 0 stars I would. The white blonde lady at the front was extremely rude, not sure if it was because we are Hispanic but sure seemed like a race thing to me. Not only was our order not ready but she had an attitude and told us that it didn’t matter what the online time was that it would take her 30 minutes to do everything and when my sister asked her for plates she states plates were only for customers that ate there and not to go orders. She kept complaining about how she “did not feel good” all while being very rude. I put an online order 30 minutes ahead in order to prevent all this. Would NEVER come back again to this place and if she hates her job so much maybe KFC should not be employing her. You’re in customer service there’s no reason to be as rude and disrespectful as she was.

They ran out of some foods. They substituted other food.for what we ordered. Management was very nice.

There were roaches in my bucket of chicken. I fed it to my dog. Called I was told to keep my receipt and next time I was in to speak with the manager. I spoke with the general manager and he told me I was lying pretty much was very rude and will start leaving these reviews all over the internet a waste of money terrible service terrible food

I would suggest that you visit a different KFC. Before my most recent visit, I placed an order online and paid. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that someone had already picked up my order. After a bit of haggling, they gave me my order. It was cooked well. However, I'll not order online again. This time I ordered thru the drive-thru. What should have been a 8 piece mixed bucket (2 breasts, 2 thighs, etc) was a soggy bucket of mostly thighs.
