Breakfast time - Probably one of the most disorganized McDonalds ive ever been to. Orders were taking 30 mins or more , people yelling at the staff. Crazy place

Lobby was full of hangry people. Drive thru was like a FEMA line after a hurricane. They weren’t taking in person orders. Kiosks weren’t communicating with their computers or something. The people working were so nice but, good lord, this was ridiculous.

Customer service here is trash. I once came here alot but continuous negative interactions have led me to stop going here. I'll drive across town for decent service. They park you every morning, even on small orders. 2 days consistently parking cars with only 2 mcchickens or when i only had a sausage biscuit bundle. Im scared to order anything but a snack because they WILL park you over a hashbrown. The management is biased against people with tattoos (I know sounds ridiculous but apply for a job and you'll find out quick) Simply put, if time is a factor in your day, please save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed - this is the 'good' location on the island, and that's not saying much. Most staff are decent, with the exception of Wayne/Dwayne - he is incompetent. That and consistency is a real problem. If you are going through the drive through and they ask you to wait, you are doomed - the addition of 'drive through ' parking spaces is absurd - were driving, not parking. It's a gimmick to keep their reported wait times down and move you through the line like cattle. Hats off to whatever corporate idiot came up with the idea, you are killing business. People are not as dumb as you think. Every time this happens I get the wrong order. To add insult to injury my last visit they did NOT ask me to park but I ended up waiting 28 minutes after pre-ordering on the mobile app. There were four cars in front of me. Another thing that STUPID recording asking you if you are using the mobile app isn't fooling anyone either - REMOVE IT! Done with McDonald's all together, island or not. Zero stars if I could. ?

I would like to start off that when we went into their bathroom there was no toilet paper in all of the stalls. When we had told the worker for toilet paper, they told us to go to the Chilis next door with a rude attitude. Not just about the toilet paper but there was water and sand all over the bathroom floor and no soap in the soap dispensers. Lastly we had ordered 40 chicken nuggets, fries, barbecue sauce and ranch and they gave us 2 barbecue sauces and 2 ranch packs. Food was good but bad service.

Employees are amazing, even when under stress and store is packed

I was forced to use the kiosk to order my food which was difficult with my disability cause the person at the counter said she had to help other areas. Also the kiosk once my husband came back in to help me didn't have receipt pay which totally ruin any trust I have in this location.
