Waited over 35+ minutes to receive our food, employees were just moving slow and not really caring about what was going on around them. Drive thru was backed up, lobby was full. By the time we got our food it was greasy and I just couldn’t eat it. Will never be coming back to this one again.

Worst McDonald's in my 54 year history.Please stay away no one wants to help you or stays in the front. It took an hour to get out food and the forgot some items so another 20 mins. Horrible, horrible,horrible.You can go to heb buy meat and buns and go home and it's faster.Stay awayDefinitely do not recommendGave them ones because it's the lowest score.

This is perhaps the worst experience I've had at any fast food location ever.Went in at lunch, drive thru was full so went inside. No one working the counter so ordered at the kiosk. There were about 5 people inside at that point. More people come inside. Still, no one working counter or communicating with the customers inside. Time passes. Workers are walking food outside, still not communicating with the growing crowd inside. It's now been 30 mins and not even the guy who only ordered a drink has been served inside. Meanwhile, the drive thru has filled and emptied twice....At 45 mins people who came in for their lunch break were rightfully getting frustrated. Still no food still no communication. People begin to ask for refunds and the clerk has an attitude dealing with the upset people.One lady asks about her order noticing several food bags sitting on a counter. The employee says that those orders had been cleared from the screen (so it didn’t continue to count against their time) yet were missing items. When asked what items, it was the same item that had been given to several people who went through the drive thru. Basically people going through the drive thru we’re getting peoples food who were waiting inside and the inside people were being made to wait with no communication or recompense.I too eventually left with no food and only a refund and an hour of my day wasted. The lobby by this point was full and there was no hope in sight for most of them.Management should be fired and the store shut down until they can properly train a new staff

If I could give this place a 0, I would. They took over 40 minutes to prepare 2 four piece happy meals, and while this chick was getting food she fully scratched her head for about 10 seconds. I turned to the corner and there was trash all over the place, they were uncoordinated and not fast enough. I got my money back and came to jack in the box instead. They only took 8 minutes and they all worked together, amazing tbh. The food is great.

Dirty, disgusting, disrespectful... That sums it up. Markese is the manager here & even he's terrible at doing the job. No matter what shift it is, every single employee here simply does not care at all one bit about anything whatsoever. They'd all rather be in the back, off to the side, talking etc than anything else. I NEVER came here as a customer, since my last few experiences were terrible. Now as I door dash, every time I come in here I wait at least 15 minutes before anyone recognizes me at all or says a word even if I say something. Right now, I've been waiting 30 minutes for a customer's order, other people are here standing around waiting & haven't even talked with anyone yet. Out of 3 macdonald's on the island, this is hands down the worst. This place needs an employee cleansing NOW, asap! 100% terrible literally every single time & the place is SO easy to keep clean, yet it's always disgusting, tables & floors are always gross, napkins etc are never stocked for people... They'd rather have everyone order from the kiosk or app than simply take their order. No way I'd EVER dine here by choice or even drive through. NO STARS AT ALL is what they deserve & it would make more sense to just close this place down if these employees aren't seriously evaluated & or fired. Total disgrace hands down...

We just ordered 2 Diet Cokes curbside in the app. Waited 30 minutes. Nothing. Husband went inside to get the order and NO employees would speak with him, even the general manager. They were so overwhelmed in the back that they were not talking to anyone in the restaurant. I’m glad it was only $3 and not an order for my entire family as some people were not receiving those either.
