I am so upset, I ordered a 30 DOLLAR pizza and dessert from this place just to have the pizza show up without SAUCE. And okay I get it you’re busy and you forget, that’s okay, so I call the store EIGHT times and they don’t answer a single time. I WAS SO EXCITED FOR THIS PIZZA AND NOW IM JUST SAD. Also I would like to add I had to spend .20 cents on Parmesan and if I’m gonna have to pay for it then I atleast want it to be there!!!!!!! So don’t go here!!

Me and my friends were hungry so we go to papa John's and a heavy set guy playing loud music waited on us .we got three different kinds of there papadias which turned out worse than any hot pocket I ever tasted which I have a real dislike for hot pockets how they made them taste worse than a hot pocket I will never understand to say the least me are my friends will never eat at popa John's in Galveston Texas ever again

There was only one person working here and they don't wear gloves when making the pizza. Also she had long fake nails as she dipped her finger in the cheese and put it on the dough. Thats extremely unsanitary. I just walked out

We haven't eaten at a Papa Johns for several years because the one where we live closed. We're here for the month of February so we ordered a pizza for carry out. Very disappointed. We ordered a large with 5 toppings including 2 meats. There wasn't enough toppings for half of the pizza. All the meat together wasn't enough to make half a sandwich. The worst pizza I've ever had including frozen pizzas. We will never go order from that location again.

I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for delivery. When I didn't get it I called the Galveston location 3 times and was put on a 10 plus minute hold all three times. I'm currently on hold trying to cancel my order and get my refund of $51.23. I wish I could've rated them a NEGATIVE 6. This isn't the 1st time I've had an issue with this location. There's no communication, bad customer service and they're not cognizant of their customer's time. They've lost a 20 plus year customer.
