I found a baby roach in my 5 piece tender box that shit is dirty , popeyes was my favorite chicken to go to but not anymore after that.... plus the service was horrible they forgot a whole meal plus the drink and I live in the east end. Had to drive all the way back to pick the rest of my order up smh

Horrible timing, I ordered 2 flounder sandwiches a Mac and cheese and a fry, and was asked to pull up front, 20 minutes and about 8 cars ordered and drove through the line getting their food, at 30 minutes I went inside and walked up on the cooks laughing that I waited thirty minutes, they didn’t know I was right there and looked shocked when I said yeah thirty minutes, all my food was cold, it’s pretty sad. I will never again go to this Popeyes for a flounder sandwich, or anything and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here either. Horrible timing and horrible service.

First fast food place that I've seen that actually enforces covid-19 safety standards ? The manager assisting customers was very professional and took care of customers quickly. You can't beat the "Tuesday special"! Great chicken and temperature hot! Thanks Popeye's ?

Waited 40 min in a three person line for them to say that their tenders were still frozen. Mind you, I just ordered a combo and they locked the doors to get inside the restaurant because they didn't have enough workers, so only the drive thru was open. They told me to wait ten minutes, after which they told me to wait fifteen minutes. I couldn't take it anymore and bailed. Thankfully I got my money back but a huge waste of time with no food to show for it. When I left, the drive thru line was in the street. Whatever management lets this place stay understaffed and is fine watches customers (and their money) leave for a better place, needs to consider pursuing another field.

I can't believe how rude these women are, who work at this Popeyes. They treat Door Dash clientele with utter disdain. If you work for Door Dash, I would stay clear of this particular store. This is not the first time they treated me or my boyfriend this way. Only this time I am speaking up. WOW
They cooked my order fresh ,this store is the best on the Island! Everyone that works there is very polite and diligent. A+ rated!!!

The parking lot has more craters than the moon. Speaking of craters…the drive thru dude shoving out orders had craters too. Probably needs a tube of Clearasil. Anyway….worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The building looks like it has been in the Iraq War. Totally falling apart. They didn’t have “white meat” or sodas, dipping sauces or napkins. The manager argued with me because I ordered extra biscuits too. My first time there…. and my last.P.S. This location sucks.

This was the WORST chicken I've ever bought from popeye's!! Very salty and I got sick with stomach pain the next day! Chicken had a smell to it!! Wasted over 50 dollars for family vacation meal at this nasty spot. No one had mask on cooking or serving the public! I will be contacting the health department!! We thru the entire meal away..
