Terrible service, I don't recommend it, the place is dirty, messy, it smells very bad, the bathrooms are extremely dirty, it took 35 minutes to deliver the order, and they didn't have ketchup and finally I ordered a portion of large potatoes and they delivered it to me in the small box. .The neglect of the premises is noticeable.

Can I give negative stars ?!Cynthia the manager was extra rude I was speaking in English and she felt the need to speak to Dennis in Spanish not realizing I am Bilingual ! Restaurant was so dirty literally every single table was filthy ! Bathroom was very nasty ! No honey , no hot sauce ,nor ketchup !!!! Never in my life have I seen a Popeyes like that !!! I’m local and I just miss the way it was … this popeyes has went down. Doooooooooo better !

Always has a wait time no matter what time u go, which is ok. Food is always hot, but the service at the drive thur is horrible. The girl had an attitude and won't give me my receipt and told me that the printer was not working. I asked if she could reprint from the front counter she told me no and rolled her eyes, and walked away. It was time to hand me my order and didn't ask me for what kind of condiments I wanted or needed. They told me to park and close the window. Had to get off to request what I needed but had to wait since they had a line inside as well.
