Signage says they close at 9pm. I arrived at 830pm and the door was already locked. So uh...

I have always loved Schlotzsky’s for their great food and fabulous service, but our DoorDash service was rock bottom bad. Part of our order was missing, the soup was cold, and the milk was warm. One might say it was the DoorDash driver, but he was very fast and prompt, and much indicates to me that the food was not properly prepared or refrigerated. When I get home I will be notifying the health department with my concerns relating to food standards by this store.

The sandwiches were made incorrectly and did not have enough meat or other toppings either. The sandwiches were okay, but skimpy. They forgot the chips & one of the drinks and of course this was delivered to the hotel we were staying at so that was a whole other issue. I can not say the food was good or bad, it was merely adequate. The missing drink and chips were just icing on the cake at that point. Definitely NOT a deli nor was this deli quality, Subway would be a similar sandwich at half the price.

Food was okay. But this location did not even have a full menu available. Only 2 employees working. They couldn't keep up. Messed up orders. They finally locked the doors and wouldn't let anyone else in except for DoorDash delivery drivers and even then I heard the lady tell them they weren't going anymore DoorDash.

I love their sandwiches always made perfect and quick but apparently they close at 8:43 and not 9:00 even as you are walking up to the door and they beat you to the door and lock it In front of you and say sorry we are closed

I ordered for pick up and got none of what I ordered. The sandwiches were not cut and they also had lettuce everywhere. Not what I paid for.

Placed online order for deliver, called location make a modification to the order simply to request no ice in my beverage. No one answered the phone, called multiple times. First you get a full mailbox then if you call back you get a fax machine. Horrible service in a service, tourism oriented place. When the order arrived the drink had ice in it (whomp, whomp) but the food was very good and sandwiches made exactly as we ordered them.I Amended my original review to include order arrival. Thanks for your attention.

Overcharged and no one on site that knew anything other than how to put meat on bread. Told to come back tomorrow to speak to manager. Reviewed on Schlotzsky's website and received a call from Guest Services, who was as unhelpful as the employee's in the star. Kept telling me the store had "declined a refund" when in actuality, no one in the store knew how to do a refund. Guest Services could do nothing except credit some amount to my Rewards Account, even though I don't have one (and never will now). Told me over and over it had been forwarded to "upper management" and they saw no problem with the transaction or the ineptitude of the employees, but would not say if "upper management" was the store manager, the area manager, or the franchise holder. Don't bother wasting your money in the store, don't bother wasting your time on the website, they both reach the same "too bad, so sad" conclusion.
