Fun diner. This location cones highly recommended by everyone. The history of the building is interesting. It has been restored to perfection.But as far as the food is concerned, it's diner food with diner service. There are very few tables in the place. Expect to wait. Or expect to get tightly cramped in at the counter.

First of all, let me give a big shoutout to Tracy! Everytime I've been there she's been super welcoming and sweet. Give my girl a raise.The service is great and FAST! The prices are good and the food is great. I highly recommend the Turkey Avocado sandwich, soooo good. The place is super nice and I love the vibes.
Fun place dust off the Strand. Nice menu with reasonable prices. We had dessert and we are glad we did. It was very good.

As a repeat customer I usually love this place, but today I was served cold potatoes. Realizing that they are probably frozen and cooked to order they are usually great. I can't see any reason how they would come to me cold. My pancake was also cold and tough on the underside like they tried to warm up a previously made pancake. I actually had to use a knife to cut through it. ??? it was not very busy either. When we come back in the summer I will update this review.

Step back in time as you take a break from your Galveston adventure. Star drug store was worth the hype. We had a classic diner lunch of tuna melt with shipwreck floats. Tuna was made exceptional with a hint of horseradish. Service was efficient and food arrived quick even on a busy Saturday. No problem finding parking right out front. Don’t forget to pay the meter.
