Very disappointed- this is the sloppiest Subway ever - how can you have chicken and Bacon Ranch - don’t serve Ranch, no Cookies, southwest Chipotle, which all of these are served on the Menu from Subway. Since you’re a franchise get your store right and make your store have the items that’s offered from Subway… this is a seasonal location- don’t forget there are people that come in the off season- soup should be an option during the cold months…

I was in line today to order a sandwich from here and everyone looked bored behind the counter but when this tall dude walked in everything shifted, he wore a smile and friendly attitude and greeted all the customers in line, he noticed the chips needed to be restocked and immediately jumped on that then after that wiped down everything washed his hands and got to taking our order. This is what I call great customer service! Some people may have had bad service in the past but definitely give this place a five star, the food was great and the employees were so kind

It says they are open until 7, I get there at 6:05 and the are closed for the day. Just ridiculous ?

When we walked up to the door there was a male employee blocking the door and on his cell phone. When we walked in and stood at the counter, he finally told whoever he was talking to that he had customers and would call right back. We asked for jalapeño cheddar bread..and he said “we don’t really carry that bread, it’s just on the sign”. Ummm ok..then cross it off your bread list maybe? Then my sister asked for a ham and provolone..only to be told “oh, we don’t have provolone, just Swiss and white american cheese”…really?? When we said “no thank you then” he didn’t even wait until we walked away from the counter before he pulled his cell phone out and got back on the phone. The store smelled bad and the floor looked like it hasn’t been swept/mopped for weeks. The franchisee might as well close this place down. I should have read the reviews BEFORE we went in.

They were closed at 6:30 on Saturday night when they were supposed to be open til 7:00. I guess they are just on island time.

We stopped and purchased two sandwiches, the travelled to the beach for lunch. The server was nice but lacked the enthusiasm I would like to experience. Typical subway, not anything special. Conveniently located near our selected RV Park. When a quick stop is desired, we will patronize again.

Never open always has 1 employee and closed at 6:15 when it says 7 on google maps even though the guy is standing right there

As you would expect from Subway. It smells great. However, they advertised gluten free bread, but didn't have any. Nor did they have bowls to make a salad. Disappointment

I would share my experience with this subway but the truth i cant because they are never open. The hours say open to 7:00 pm but i have been trying to eat there for weeks and they are alrwady closed by 5:30pm and no one answers the phone ever.Worst yet sometimes they sit in the back with the door unlocked avoiding both customers and phone calls.
Excellent chemistry between the guys working. Made it fun and they know how the make the best sandwiches.

The young Man that was there at 6:45 p.m was AMAZING. He made my Dinner order of 3 Footlong Subs and a Chicken & Bacon Salad with limited ingredients. His explanation was understandable.
