I recently visited Subway on Broadway and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. As I entered, I noticed the chill music playing in the background, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. What stood out to me the most was the personal freedom I had to create my own space while ordering and enjoying my meal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the lady serving the food had a genuine smile on her face, which translated into positive vibes in the sandwich she prepared for me. The combination of good music, a welcoming environment, and happy staff made my visit to Subway on Broadway a delightful one.

Been trying to call all day. No one will answer the phone at two locations on Galveston Island the one at 25th and Avenue J and the one at 61st and Avenue S called all day today to do a catering and no one will answer the phone. in fact they pick it up and then hang up on me.

Good service and the food is fresh. The opening hours are incorrect. They were closing at 9pm on Saturday.
There was only one young lady working the whole place. She was the daughter of the owner... She was slammed with customer. Our order was ordered ahead of time. But wasnt ready and not even started when we got there. BUT this young lady handled her business!! You could tell with the amount of customers in the restaurant she was under some pressure. But she kept her cool and did her very best and gave great customer service. Even though there was a wait, i understood why. And was very impressed with the service. For that alone, i will come back to this location!!

Big fan of Subway just not this location.Tables and chairs are dirty every time, hard to find a place to sit.Not consistent in the way they prep their sandwiches. Food and toppings not spread evenly and the tea is never the same. Sometimes very sweet and others barely sweet at all.My last two sandwiches had 3" of nothing but bread, no toppings at all..Ask for toppings and it's just a pile in the middle.They definitely don't take pride in what they do in my opinionNo "Sandwich artist" here..

The women that work here are the best and so kind!!! My boyfriend and I loved them so much we came back the second day of our trip too. They make sure your sandwich is perfect! Sharah was one of the women and I didn't catch the others name, but they are both so nice and great to talk to!
