We have got food from here several times and the order is never right. When you call the area manager Juan he says I'll check the cameras. How is that going to help the situation of your employees not putting the correct or the wrong items on my sandwich.

Super welcoming employees greeted me when I walked in. I don't know who the DJ is but this subway plays the beat music on the island! My food was delicious, fresh and made with a sense of urgency! i normally order through the app. they do mess up some order and sometimes the order isnt ready by the scheduled time but overall good

Not great on the service. The girl that took my order was pushy. When I was coming to the end of making my sandwich she closed it up before I could say if I wanted anything else. A family member of mine ordered a salad. The salad was piled so high you could hardly mix it without making a mess on the table. They were also out of forks so she had to eat it with a spoon. They could have told her that before she ordered a salad. Also the lettuce at the service bar looked old. It was already turning color.

Stopped in and there was only one employee preparing a phone order. He did not acknowledge us and was as slow as molasses. In the time we waited 6 people formed in line behind us. We finally gave up and left. Terrible customer service. I don't see myself going back.

we walked in and had to order 7 different things and all the workers were such troopers! i had no say in the tip but definitely would have tipped more if i could, they were so understanding even if we ordered so much

The food is fine. The view is great and it's right across from the beach. A warning about the bathroom: the restaurant doesn't have a public restroom. The bathroom has a passcode here that you get after you buy something. I went with a small group of people. We bought something and then took turns using the restroom. I was the last to use the bathroom and something really strange happened. The lights randomly turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I tried using the motions sensor and the push button. The lights flickered twice and then stayed off. We went to tell the employees but they were gone.By the way, the current password is 2020.

For a five people line, a 30 minute wait. This is subway… FAST food. Both workers seemed disinterested in serving their customers when clearly in a rush to get their food. One employee had a personal side conversation for five minutes while making no progress on sandwiches. Don’t come here, period.

Bad customer service been waiting for 10 minutes didn’t greet me 2 other people came in and he asked them what type of bread never once helped me I’m here visiting Galveston and I received bad service which is sad never coming back to this location ever
