Ordered a meatball sub and asked for olives on it. I was told "You can't have that, it's not allowed." I always have that, Everytime and it's never been a problem. When I pressed to find out why, there was no reason. He didn't know why I couldn't have olives, but just I wasn't allowed. Unacceptable. This is subway...the whole point of the place is that I get to customize my food. If there was an upcharge, I would have accepted it, but not that I'm just "not allowed".

Hooked it up on the meat….. But I guess that doesn’t really matter when they don’t speak/communicate at all, charge your kids meals as separate items making it more expensive. Redeemed points that I didn’t want to use without asking and Ignored that I ordered 5 drinks. Not to mention all the napkins are kept behind the counter which is extremely irritating when your are trying to dine in and have to wait in line to ask for napkins.

They will steal from you.I went in to see a balance on a gift card.I watched the two girls print a $0 receipt, then ring up a sandwich, and swipe the gift card on the reader facing me that proceeded to say, "Thank you for your payment." The two girls then informed me that the gift card had no money on it and would only show me the receipt they first printed.Thanks. Keep up the theft. Real great look.

Poor service. It's open at 8pm and on Google it says open until 10 pm. Drove all the way there to be told they only serve takeaway after 7:30pm. They also have the AC at very low temperature (probably to get customers to leave instead of staying in).

I can up there with a coupon I ask the young girl question about the coupon If I can get this or that and do I have to get the same sandwich that on the coupon so she didn’t so she went to the back to ask the supervisor or assistant manager she came to the front and she showed me the menu with the coupon deal on there it was under the build your own sandwich so I then asked her that I can build my own sandwich she said yeah ok so I did then it came back over the price so I ask what happened the assistant manager came back out and said “oh you got an extra meat “ I go oh my bad I didn’t know that’s why asked you before she made the sandwich can I do this ok cool the manager gets to yelling saying you got two meat that’s why it’s like this I told her it’s ok I will pay it but I asked questions she get to yelling and laughing talking to her employee in Spanish like really but she didn’t know that I can speak and understand what she was saying I’m a teacher I teach Spanish so yeah I was called names and she said that” that’s why she don’t take my kind and that I was basically dumb that I didn’t understood the coupon and when I told her that I understand what she’s saying she started back talking English and got really confused and frustrated and talk the other young lady to take me because she can’t deal with me so in Spanish and steady talked about me in Spanish to other Spanish customers wow funny and while I was paying she slammed the other sandwich in front of me and said you can take this with you rude I didn’t show no attitude no irritation no nothing I was treating sad and bad I will not come backParking: 61st in Galveston
