First time here. I ordered the baked potato. The meat and sauce were good but the potato was hard. Wouldn’t order again, but I will try this place again.$20 was price, if it was good it would have been worth it.

We stopped by on our way home and were greeted by three young-ish workers who handed us a menu, told us to sit anywhere, and come back up to the counter to place our order. The workers hung out and were either laughing and talking to each other, the cooks or were on their phones. The place was empty except for another couple, and we sat and waited for our food. A few other people came in and were told the same thing, and they got their food before we did. We ordered the stuffed baked potatoes (how hard is that?) with chopped beef. The food was definitely NOT what we were used to (used to get BBQ at Red River in League City). I got gristle and fat in mine. At least the potatoes were actually done (but small). I woke up at 3 AM with the worst reflux I’ve ever had. We can scratch this off our list!!! Learned the hard way.

Ordered for take out at lunch. I had the sliced brisket sandwich and fried okra. I asked for moist on the brisket and it was delicious. Lots of meat on there. I had spicy BBQ sauce and pickles. The okra that I ate on the way home was crispy and cooked perfectly like I like it. But after the 20 minute drive home they softened up some so that's on me I should have just eaten at the restaurant. I ordered at the counter and I'll bet it wasn't but 5 minutes before the nice lady brought it out to me nicely packaged up.
Too expensive for the quality of the food. The food was tasteless and the service poor. BBQ was mostly a joke.

Today me and my family decided to eat at Texas Pitstop BBQ, On the seawall of galveston we pulled up to the parking lot and if you are coming to eat or somewhere else you may park there if not you may not anyways, we dined-in and the lady serving us was amazing she helped us what to order and more i got the Ribs and mac-cheese it was amazingly good for a bbq place we were amazed on how good it was I extremely recommend coming to this place as its kid friendly 10/10Parking: Free parking if you are eating here

We ordered chicken and ribs with Cajun potato salad, twice baked potatoes, side salad, and baked beans. The meats were very tender and flavorful. The sides were very good. The BBQ sauce was very good. Customer service was A+, the bathroom was clean and supplied with soap and paper towels. This is a place we will visit again.
