Crawfish boil was not cleanly cooked, full of mud and it stinks. We ordered 10lbs.Spring rolls- pork and shrimp was good.Vietnamese sandwich was good.Bathroom super dirty.The people that works there are nice. Overall, I don’t think I’ll come back bc of cleanliness issue.

Ordered garlic butter shrimp, it is more like garlic Cajun shrimp. Shrimps are good size but they didnot open the back of the shrimps so the flavor didnot soak in.They don’t serve tap water, which is odd. You can only pay for bottled water.The environment was good, beautiful ocean view

A great place to eat if you want a down home, relaxed kind of experience.The food is very good, with a lot of fried options and very good fried rice on the side. I've tried their burgers, fries fish, fries shrimp, chicken fried rice, and their chicken salad. All really good!The service is excellent here. The staff really takes care of you, and are always kind and treat you like family.The interior is not that big, but there are plenty of small wooden tables to sit at and enjoy the view of the beach and the seawall, which makes for a very cozy atmosphere.

I ordered the charbroiled pork Banh Mi. The quality of the sandwich was excellent with the perfect amount of meat to bread ratio. Unfortunately the pork was sweet. Rather than grilled like typical Vietnamese meat, it taste more like Chinese BBQ pork. Not bad but not what I wanted so please note the sweetness that's not mentioned on the menu. I also had a fried fish/oyster/shrimp basket. It was okay-ish. The fish was thin and dry but the other items were good. The meal was overpriced, given the quality of the fish. However, I will return to try the chicken Banh Mi (finger's crossed) and a bowl of pho.
We have lived in Galveston for the last year and half. This is one of the best places on the island. The Banh mi is awesome, the fried rice is amazing, but different than Chinese takeout and the fried fish needs no sauce at all, it is perfect dry. It is priced right and it’s one of few of our favorite local places. Hope you check it out.
