Good evening. I went to Wingstop today to finish my last two orders from last week. I did Uber eats orders and they forgot to put my brownies in the order. So tonight I finally went to collect. The manager, I am sorry I don't know her name but she was so nice, friendly and customer service oriented. Gave me no problem. The problem I had was the Cashier Maria. When I went in and asked for the manager or Beatriz .......oh my!!!! She third degreed me about why I wanted to speak to the manager.Spent ten minutes explaining I needed to speak to the manager about two orders that were not completed.I explained after my conversation with the manager, that the young lady needed to mind her own business and do the job she was hired for. She was not MGMT. She was a FOOD SERVICE WORKER, no MGMT. Position.So I believe ....this is the young lady who works on the orders and does not know how to fix orders.Maria, stick to Cashiering, and learn to RESPECT your boss and mind your own BUSINESS. IF a CUSTOMER asks to speak to MGMT. Please get the manager and go about your business and your job.To the manager: THANK YOU for helping me, finishing the order and for your professionalism.

If i could give this store a 0 star i would unfourntanetly i cant. The cashier was really rude and was givin a high tone of voice. Also she gave me my order incomplete she did not let me talk with her manager. This is the worst store i have ever been to. I told her i wanted my money back and she said she could only give me the rest of my food. Super bad service.

This by far is the worst WingStop location in Galveston County. I have ordered from there over a dozen times. And only twice was my chicken not dried out.The staff are just there to get a check. I will be driving to the Texas City location going forward.

The food was ok, the cashiers , or at least one of them , intoxicated, you can just tell on her eyes. And then still had the audacity to say out loud , that she had a bottle in her car… where she kept going and taking shots and offer to her co workers if they wanted some ? Few incidents that she was just not completely there. Saturday Night Shift, where it’s super busy , and employees are acting like that. She asked me what I had ordered (so she could give it to me?) no idea . when we had just finished eating !! That made me really mad. 08/12/ 23
