They messed my order up 3 time's, and made me pay for thing's I didn't even order. I wasn't planning on paying twice the amount I ordered. Normally I love Arby's, but I didn't enjoy my experience at this one.

Arby's had a Mgr's meeting there and the regional Mgr was very loud and rude due to she didn't respect who was eating there,She let everybody know she was the BOSS , they started debating company problems and who didn't show up for the meeting..My question is Why should customers have to listen to this..it ruin our

Disappointing. Ordered the current special and they didn't have all the ingredients for it the sandwich came out a soggy mess and the fries were stale. Service was ok but the dinning space felt cramped not sure why though since it was just me and one other table.
I usually like cheesesteak sandwiches but I tried the new Classic Cheesesteak at Arby’s and I was not a fan. The meat chunks are weird and the sauce is a mess and has a strange taste. It’s not awful but I don’t recommend it. They need to improve it greatly.

I would not recommend anyone to work at this franchised location. I was employee there for 3 weeks. October 13th payday I didn't receive a check. I called the Store manager Yadira and she said there was an issue with my paycheck and she will let me know. She never let me know anything after the many text messages I sent because no one will contact me over the phone. Then someone by the name of Maria finally called me on Saturday and said there was a mix up still not stating what happened to my check, but she would contact me Tuesday and I should have my check the following Friday October 20. I have to wait a whole week to get a check that I have already worked for. Now today I reach out the them and they say that they are waiting on the check to come because it was sent to a previous store I worked for in Arlington. This story of my paycheck changes every time. I have never applied or stayed in Arlington before. Sad to say I will never work at another Arby's because of all the issues that I have had trying to get my paycheck. I am unable to speak with anyone over the phone. This franchise is very UNPROFESSIONAL and does not show any SENSE of URGENCY in getting my issue resolved especially when its the company's fault. As of today, I am waiting on my check to arrive to this location.. ZERO stars..
