There was no sweet Tea you had to add your surge. The drink machine was out of order. The only drinks they had were Dr. Pepper, Coke, and water. The chicken soup ? tastes like they just added more water than it needed. Don't know if it was so late at night because the food tasted as if it had been sitting there all day.

Food was bad cornbread with hard as a rock vegetables such as corn was dry and hard which indicates overcooked or old the fountain machine without only minimal options for something to drink the atmosphere in the store was meager because of the air condition was not working will not be returning to Boston market ever again.

Stay away from this place. The Chicken was old tasting, like it has been in the warmer too long and was very dry. The broccoli was mushy. The soft drink machine was out of order, and there was no water, only tea. The Music was soooo loud we couldn't carry on a conversation, but the real kicker was that the AC wasn't working and it was 110 degrees at 5:00 PM. Seriously!!! Just find you somewhere else to get chicken.

First let's address the food. My Signature Dark Meat Chicken was dry like it had been in the warmer too long. My Broccoli was mushy. The drink machine was out of order, so only tea was available. There was no artificial sweetener for people who can't have sugar. So too bad for you people. The music was so loud, that my hearing impaired husband couldn't hear me talking to him. Then to top it all off, today the temp outside was 110 degrees at 5:30, and you guessed it...The AC wasn't working in the restaurant. Unbelievable! Just don't go there. There are too many places to get chicken that are way better than this place.

The food was absolutely disgusting. Parts of the chicken were not fully cooked. They got my sides wrong and those sides tasted awful. The Mac and cheese I did not order was completely spoiled and tasted like spoiled milk. I spent a lot of money through Uber Eats app, and my son and I both thought it was do gross we had to throw the food out. Boston market used to taste great, but this place should close down.

I don't know what's happening, but this location gets worse every time I go. The signage has burned-out light bulbs, so that kind of tells me the owner doesn't care. They stopped offering sweet tea, then after unsweetened tea was the only option, which is my preference, they stopped providing an alternative to sugar. The drink machine went from being out of most choices to completely out of service. The only option for drinks is bottled, and if you don't like the few choices they offer, you're out of luck. The food is still good, but I think they're serving instant potatoes now! I hope things improve because I love Boston Market and it's the only fast-food restaurant in the area to get anything that's fairly healthy.
