I gave it a one star but I’m extremely disappointed. I went there about a week ago Friday afternoon . Upon arriving there was a black couple eating their food . It seem like they just ordered. I order my food and sat down waiting for my order to be ready. While waiting the cashier lady came out with an empty plate and asks the couple to plate their food .( they had ordered their food to go and I guess they changed their mind and decided to eat it in. The restaurant, so they were eating out of their to go boxes ) the cashier , which I can only assume is the owner. Kept on reaching out for the to go box while the lady was eating her food. The customer asked the cashier what was the problem , and she proceeded to explain that if you order to go you cannot eat it inside the restaurant in To Go boxes. KeepIn mind that the restaurant was empty only 3 tables ( including mine) at 7:00 pm . I believe that is understandable if the restaurant was full and the approach should be different, instead of of reaching for the plate while a paying customer is eating. The incident escalated to screaming cursing and ultimately the customer asking for her money back and the couple leaving , not before the cook ( I can assume he owns it too)and the cashier( owner) cursing back at the customers they just lost. I hate to say this but to me it seemed that it was an exaggeration from the “owners” and it was elevated because the customer was black. They could respond to this and say what they want but it was definitely a discrimination incident with that couple. Needless to say to say I won’t be going back , I won’t recommend it to anyone. In a time when people need to be able to comprehend and be able to communicate, tolerance is imperative, yet incidents like this happen. Such a shame !!!

Today was my first time coming here. The lady who took my order was soo nice. I wanted to leave a tip but no jar was available. My burger was fresh and so were the fries. Everything was hot and delicious!!!! Will definitely come again???

Their hours say they close at 9 pm but usually close and hour early which I don't know why they do that. The food is good but I do feel is overpriced. Their restroom are dirty most of the time , ither toilet paper on the floor or urine.

Specifically for the service and atmosphere alone is why you should come appreciate this place. You wouldnt assume by looking at first but if you ever need your vibe reset back to calm, this is where you can go. There is some way they handle everything that can make my worst day back to okay and I could not be more greatful. <3

The only reason why I’m giving one star is because it won’t let me give zero. I stopped here on my way home from work and asked to order a burger and fries combo. I wanted to order the double jungle burger but because I live a good 20 minute drive from here. I wanted them to put the wet toppings on the side. So that the bread wouldn’t dissolve or become soggy on the way home. The front desk person said no we won’t do that, when I asked why she replied the Cook doesn’t want to or won’t like it. So needless to say they lost a very good sale. These burgers are $13.99 each. I was going to order two of them. I was also going to order a side of french fries which was going to be anothe 5 or 6 dollars as well as an order of onion rings which would have been about the same. The sale would have been over 36.00 . So I will not be stopping here again. I recommend you don’t either unless you only want your burger the way the cook wants you to have them.
All I can say is soggy fries. The rest is very good they are kind of

I meant to take pictures of my food, cause even on its way home in my bumpy care it still looked perfect. But I ate it too fast.The woman taking my order was absolutely radiant and kind , and was intuitive to what I wanted when I said , “we like our stuff crispy, not soft “ after ordering French fries and onion rings. That cooking crew and her got them perfect.I loved the giant Tv playing the cowboys game, and the room itself was cool both in looks and temperature.I got a Philly cheesesteak that was just loaded with cheese and meat and onions and it was just so good.My grandma was smacking so much on her cheeseburger she actually apologized for it.The food was amazing, the service was amazing, and I enjoyed my time there.9/10 we will be back.
